Travis did an excellent job of replacing my water pressure valve. He was polite, courteous, and informative during the entire process. He also didn't mind the dog being nosy. High recommend.

Midwestern is my go-to plumbing company and consistently delivers a great experience. Pam is wonderful to work with on scheduling—always friendly and helpful—and Gino is personable and a pleasure to work with on site.

Service was just okay. I understand that it would take a lot more to determine the sewage smell but $184.00 to check out the sump pump and to put 5 buckets of water in the sump to tell me they are not sure where the smell is coming from is ridiculous. They also removed the shower head to get water to flow faster in the bucket and then to forget to put it back together.

The team members were great. Checked my system and identified issue immediately. Demonstrated failure and explained impact on system performance. Made repairs and tested system and educated me on how to test and when to anticipate equipment end of life. This is the second time they had made a repair at my house and each time they have been professional and spot on. I recommended them to anyone in need of their services.

Our plumber was wonderful. He was articulate, prompt, and very skillful. He kept us well informed of his progress.

I’m always impressed by how these folks bust their butts to make my day. The same day I called they were able to arrive and diagnose my issue and give me a temporary fix until I picked out a new food disposal. Kitchen sinks are vital! I’ll be calling back to have them install my new one!

I did not get the gentleman's name that was at Sams Club in Eastgate this evening. I want to thank him fpr taking the time to help my son and I. Our battery was dead when we came out of Sams and he graciously got our car van started. What a way to represent a company and the human race. Thank you!

We had a new water heater installed by 2 technicians from Midwestern Plumbing. The new unit is in and functioning as expected.
The duration of the install process was 3hours. Upon arrival, initial introductions lacked energy & demonstrated little interest in the job. The techs communication to me about the process or their actions that morning was poor to average quality.
After job completion, the lead tech did not initiate giving me any information re our new appliance or anything to expect following installation. I asked for any needed information & did receive some direction at that point.
Other comments- the techs did not inform me that they were leaving the premises to get a part,- just left without explanation; belongings & tools were left behind; & no warning that air trapped in the hot water line might make water come shooting out of the faucets on first use after the installation.
We have used MWP in the past 3 times- & were very satisfied. This time, I tried to reach the head coordinator multiple times to ask a question - emails & calls were never returned. Since we had positive past experience with MWP, we chose them for this job anyway. Not sure we will go with them again. Lastly, I will note the I spoke with 2 different phone staff members & both were sincere in trying to help me.

Adam & Lucas came out the day after our huge snow storm, carefully did their assessment, shared their findings with me and showed me what they found. The company set them up to return a day later, at my request, I feel my issue will be finally resolved

Our technician (Gary) showed up extremely fast and knew exactly what we were dealing with. Resolved the issue and thankfully it wasn’t anything major. He was professional and kind. Would highly recommend this company.

Today Gino and his crew replaced the damaged clay sewer piping with PVC. They did a fantastic Job, great communication and answered every question I had. They were quick to quote me fair a price and I am extremely happy with the work.

Ryan did an amazing job helping me with my home. He was very professional and explained everything to me so I knew what to expect. When he was finished with the installation of our pump, he showed me how to adjust the pressure if needed. I was very impressed and would call Midwestern Plumbing again for any future needs!

Very pleased with the service Midwestern Plumbing provided. Called them to come and do a propane gas leak detection survey. Adam was very personable, knowledgeable, professional and respect of my home. He arrived at the scheduled time. Conducted a very thorough check of our gas lines inside and out. I felt very comfortable & confident with his survey results. The cost very reasonable. The appointment was very easy to schedule with Stacy in the office who was very friendly and accommodating. Will certainly be calling them again for any future plumbing issues.

Throughout the entire process, the plumber (Logan) took the time to explain everything clearly, so I always understood what was happening and why. When the issue wasn’t fully resolved on the first visit, they came back the following morning for a follow-up at no charge, which I really appreciated. They were incredibly transparent about pricing options as well—there was no pressure and no upselling, just honest guidance. Pam, who assisted with the appointment scheduling, and Logan, who provided the service, were both professional, courteous, and genuinely kind from start to finish. Midwestern was very prompt about scheduling an appointment. Michael was on time, very nice and got the replacement of the sump pump done very quickly.
Great job, great service just seemed a little expensive based on past experiences with the same job. And I realize inflation and other economic factors were involved.
But I appreciate their prompt and professional service!

We had a leak in our main water line, they had to excavate my front garden area to get to it. The inside and outside of the home were as clean as before they arrived, they put it all neatly bad as they found it. Can’t say enough about the good work Gino and Don did.
