Phenomenal service, expert advice, easygoing professionalism, and affordable pricing for high quality work. After some pretty terrible experiences with poor work, nonsensical recommendations, and price gouging from a competitor (HELP), we decided to try something new. Midwestern Plumbing earned our highest recommendation today! We will definitely call them again if needed and will be telling our friends that these professionals are the best out there!

It starts with Pam who's the contact and coordination person. She is a "GREAT ASSET" to the Company. She returned calls, answered questions, setup calls to technicians for technical questions and kept me well informed from questions, scheduling appointment and ensuring the appointment was kept. Great professional people skills!

Ryan the service technician and his co-worker did a great job in evaluating and taking care of my total water outage. He explained what he was doing and appears to have done a QUALITY job, but time is always the true test. But I currently highly recommend their Plumbing services based on my first interaction!

Professional and arrived within appointment window. Charged $184 for less than 3 minutes of work. Feel the price to include a diagnostic fee when I told both the operator when I scheduled the service as well as the plumber coupled with a fee to simply show up was too much given it literally took 3 minutes to relight a water heater.

Gino and company installed a sump pump for us and they were an awesome team! They were so friendly, and thorough. Gino explained everything and answered all of our questions. These guys were the first contractors that worked in our home that were actually respectful of our property. And cleaned up after themselves. We will highly recommend Gino snd Midwestern plumbing and have them back if ever needed.

As the owner of Top Dog home inspections, I need to have a reliable company to use for my client’s sewer scopes, so I use Midwestern Plumbing. They are always on time, very clean, do a very thorough job, and explain exactly what is going on and how to fix it. Mike and Logan are top notch when it comes to these sewer scopes. Their bids are always fair, and I know if my client uses them for their home’s plumbing needs, they will get an A+ job done.

Ryan was excellent. He came out on a Saturday and fixed a water leak. He had to go underneath the house via the crawl space...it was nasty. Ryan did it and did not complain once.. He is my hero.

Beware!!! They plumbed our water heater "Backwards" ..... yes I said backwards in a Brand New Construction Home. Hot on the right and Cold on the left. How exactly does this happen and continue to happen. We have heard they have done this more than a handful of times recently. This is not the only issue we have had with their plumbing. Our plumber corrected their screw ups as we will never use Midwestern.

I gave them a call at 8:30 a.m. to get the water heater replaced. They finished the job right away, by 3:30 p.m. the same day! Adam and Tylor were amazing!

Came to my house couldn't unplug my drain they said they would give me a quote to dig up the yard / driveway the very next morning since we couldn't use any plumbing in the house they never did send a quote called and their phones don't work called another company in Kentucky they had my drain unplugged in under 30 minutes over 24 hours later I still do not have a quote from them to do what they said they needed to do which obviously would have been a lot of money wasted it cost me $210 to get my dream unplugged they was estimating three to five thousand dollars to dig up some concrete you would think they would send a quote but they never did if I could give a minus zero or negative five star I would

I called Midwestern Plumbing at 9:30 am to have them look at a leak in our kitchen sink. They arrived 1.5 hrs ahead of the estimated window and had the problem fixed by noon. Outstanding1
