They did a great job installing my whole house generator a few years ago. Today, tech Logan spent time explaining the work he completed and was very thorough with the 2-year tune up.

Good Afternoon. We had a informative visit with Travis Brown yesterday. He diagnosed our hot water heater. It's leaking and need a to be replaced. Travis was professional and honest with the 3 options he shared with us. The prices quoted were high and we're discussing our options but I'd like to thank Bilind & Son and Travis for responding in a timely manner and thoroughly addressing our issue.

Derrick was AMAZING. He gave good advice, got a quote immediately and replaced the parts quick. In and out in about 30 minutes! Furnace is running smoothly and even quoted me on a future issue that may aise from the old furnace. Great guy, good prices, and efficient!

Matthew and Steve went above and beyond with their professional services and completion of our wiring project.
They worked 8:00-6:30 to accommodate my unusual schedule and completed everything on my list. Even installing a camera system and coaching me on how to use it for monitoring my disabled husband.
I will highly recommend Blind & Son’s and encourage you to ask for Matthew & Steve.
Thanks for improving my living situation.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Blind & Sons. I had trusted them with my boiler service, but this recent experience has significantly damaged that trust.
During their last visit, I was told my boiler had a leak and was beyond repair. This left me without heat during a period when outside temperatures dropped to 7 degrees. I had to rely on a wood burner to prevent my pipes from freezing. I was then quoted approximately $11,000 for a full boiler replacement.
Concerned about the diagnosis and cost, I sought a second opinion. Another service provider determined there was nothing wrong with the boiler itself. Instead, pipes located along an exterior wall had frozen due to the extreme cold. After thawing the pipes, the boiler functioned normally.
The second company also explained that even if there had been a minor internal leak, a boiler sealant product could have been used as a temporary fix to restore heat while evaluating longer-term options. This alternative was never presented to me by Blind & Sons. The only solution offered was full replacement.
I have recordings of my calls with Blind & Sons documenting my attempts to resolve this matter. I requested a refund of the $300 assessment fee due to the incorrect diagnosis. Over the past month, I have made numerous attempts to contact management or accounting, but my calls have not been returned. I am now routinely sent to voicemail without response.
I am simply seeking a fair resolution regarding the $300 assessment fee. Based on my experience, I encourage others to obtain a second opinion before committing to major repairs or replacements. -
Frank Waugh from Blind and Sons did the maintenance on our furnace today. When completed, he explained a couple of things he would recommend we have done and the reason why as well as what timeframe would be best to get them done. He showed us what the cost would be but did not pressure us in any way. Frank was very personable and thorough.

A Grateful Testimonial for Blind and Sons
My mother recently needed her central air and heating system replaced. She called around to several companies, but unfortunately, many of them gave her the runaround—likely taking advantage of the fact that she’s a woman who doesn’t speak English well. I was deeply upset by some of the quotes she received. For example, she currently had a 90,000 BTU furnace and a 2.5-ton AC unit, but one well-known company came in with a fancy laptop-generated spec sheet recommending only 35,000 BTUs—nowhere near what she actually needed. That just didn’t sit right with me.
Thankfully, I remembered my dear childhood friend Billy McManigal. We grew up together in North Hill, and one thing about people from the Hill—your word is your bond. I knew Billy was working with Blind and Sons, and I trust him completely. Even though he was on vacation at the time, he was kind enough to help right away. He gave me solid advice about what my mom needed and promised someone from the company would follow up. Sure enough, the very next day I received a call from their receptionist, and an appointment was set for that same day.
That’s when I met Lee Lora, the sales representative. Lee is wonderful—straightforward, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. As we spoke, he could sense I was still a little hesitant. He took the time to break everything down for me in clear terms and answered every single one of my questions. His professionalism and empathy gave me the reassurance I needed to move forward with the installation. Lee made sure the install was scheduled for the following week.
Today was installation day, and everything went just as promised. I received a text bright and early from CJ, the installer, who was punctual and professional. He walked me through the entire layout and process. Later, Noah joined him, and together they made an excellent team. CJ is a top-notch technician—knowledgeable, courteous, and skilled.
This entire experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Blind and Sons has earned my full confidence and trust. Each of their team members brought skill, professionalism, and genuine care. They made my mother feel respected and valued—like she was one of their own. That’s how it should be.
As someone who owns multiple properties, I can honestly say I look forward to continuing my relationship with Blind and Sons. Sure, you might save a few bucks hiring an independent contractor, but when your loved one is on a fixed income, it’s not worth the gamble. You never know if that contractor will be around later when problems arise. With Blind and Sons, I know we’re covered—they offer a 10-year warranty that gives me peace of mind.
Thank you, Blind and Sons, for making this such an easy and positive experience.
Special thanks to my dear friend Billy McManigal—your help meant the world to both me and my mom.
Thank you CJ and Noah, you did a wonderful job.
Thank you Lee Lora, you’re a great salesman, and yes—you did make Billy a great boss (lol).
This turned out to be a truly wonderful day.
Thank you again, Blind and Sons

Father and son team (Jay and Quinn E.) + trainee, showed up to install new heat pump. They took care while working in our house to make sure we are extremely satisfied. The whole install process took 3 hours and every step through out the whole process we were guide and informed. They packed up all trash and wore protective attire and laid rollout tarps while working indoors.

Tech explained the process for installing a new furnace, put down material to protect carpet, removing old furnace, and installed new furnace. Nice job, works great, and is quiet compared to my old one. Cleaned up area and explained thermostat operation. Happy with the installation.

Looks like a new furnace. Shea and his partner let me know when they were enroute and arrived soon after. They were great guys to work with, showed respect for my home, did a great job with the duct repair, and totally cleaned up. Would recommend this team 100%

We had JoJo install our new furnace and he did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable about the job he was doing and also very personable! Extremely nice guy! We will definitely be going back to Blind and Sons! There price was very reasonable and even well below the quote from a few other competitors!

My furnace went out and Deontae Guthrie was the technician that came out and replaced it. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job. The pricing for the replacement was much more reasonable then I thought, plus Blind and Sons offers fantastic financing options. I’m glad my house is warm again and I will be using this company for any future issues.

Great Job!! Very knowledgeable, very polite, kept everything clean and had the old unit out, the new furnace in, up and running in only a few hours. Highly Recommend!! Was such a Pleasure!

We had our hot water heater replaced by Blind and Son's. We requested Nick who is our go to plumber with Blind and Son's. Once again, Nick did a fantastic job removing our hot water tank and installing our new tank. After he completed the work he reviewed everything that he had done as part of the install with us. Nick is very thorough. We plan to have some more work done this spring and will be calling Nick to complete the work. If you need a plumber, we highly recommend Nick and Blind and Son's.

The whole team at blind and sons is incredible. Had my first appointment with Mark who quoted me for my new water heater. He was also to look at my pump for our boiler as it also went out. We had determined to replace the whole unit rather than piece it together and possibly make more issues as the whole boiler was 50+ years old. Then Kevin in sales came out last Wednesday to inspect and quote pricing. He was quick to get me in a tight schedule window. Then today 11/11 Karl and Jared came to install my new equipment. They were quick, kind, efficient and made the whole experience even better. They went through explaining all shut off and their warranties thoroughly. Couldn't be happier with choosing blind and sons for this project. Thank you Mark, Kevin, Karl and Jared for all your hard work!

Mr. Waugh was very competent because he knew right away what was wrong with the electronic air cleaner. He ordered a new one and installed it very successfully in a couple of hours. The difficulty was in removing the 16-year-old previous mounting box because the new components did not fit in the old box. The mounting screws were far inside the mounting box and extremely difficult to reach. We thank him for his patience and competency and certainly rate him the highest 5 star. And he didn't complain when I offered to help.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review
We recently had a new furnace installed by Chris Harper and Garret Stoner from Blind & Sons, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. Chris and Garret arrived right on time, were friendly and professional, and took the time to explain each step of the installation as they worked.
Their attention to detail was outstanding—they worked efficiently, kept the workspace spotless, and ensured the system was installed perfectly before leaving. They also walked us through all the new furnace features, answered every question thoroughly, and made sure we felt completely confident with the system’s operation.
Our home is already noticeably more comfortable and energy‑efficient. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received.
A huge thank‑you to Chris, Garret, and the entire Blind & Sons team for their excellent work. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with my HVAC technician. He was extremely professional, friendly, and easy to talk to from the moment he arrived. He quickly serviced my furnace and clearly explained what was going on in a way that made sense.
What really stood out was how efficient and knowledgeable he was — he got everything taken care of promptly without cutting corners. It’s obvious he knows his trade well and takes pride in his work.
I truly appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend him to anyone needing HVAC work done! -
Kevin D came in and got right to the issue. Very personable, friendly, courteous and respectful for my home and of me. I also learned a little more of what causes the issue, and how to avoid it as well.
I also learned more about the furnace itself. It will eventually have to be replaced, so with that knowledge, I can plan for that eventual expense in advance.
Not only will I call Blind and Sons for just a furnace check, but I will see if I can also have the same technician return.
I am a repeat customer though and have never had any issue with setting the appointment or with the service of any of the technicians over the past five years or more.
I recommend them highly.
