Plumbing911 and Arya were top notch. Great communication with the office staff. They gave us an 8:00 am to 10:00 am time frame to arrive. At 7:50 am I received a call from Arya that he would arrive within in the hour. He was right in time and got right to work. He checked in with us every so often giving as status or update on how the clean out of our main sewer line was going. Pricing was fair and reasonable for the work that was done. Arya was pleasant and extremely courteous. We will definitely call Plumbing 911 again and will request Arya!

Great service from Jeff at Plumbing 911. He was a great and quick worker and was very personable. He helped us with navigating product replacement through the faucet company. We are very satisfied with his work. We will continue to use their services and highly recommend them.

I needed some plumbing done , and called Pluming 911 based on reviews. They did not disappoint. The Technician that came to my home was Josh. He was polite and very knowledgeable. He explained what was needed and I was given a quote. He then completed all the repairs in a timely manner. He arrived on time, and I provided a photo ahead of his arrival, so that I knew exactly who was coming to do the work. Very organized company from scheduling to finished work. Would definitely call them again if needed.

I found Plumbing 911 via google after initially calling another trusted plumber. They couldn’t squeeze me in the next day. I’d never heard of Plumbing 911, but since it was an emergency and the first search return I called. Brandon showed up at 8:15 ready to work. He was very polite and worked efficiently and cleanly. Through his work he answered all my questions which led to him future proofing by adding a vent to the kitchen sink which he’d just unclogged. He never seemed rushed and focused solely on the job at hand. I offered to have a return trip done, but he says he doesn’t have any jobs assigned until he finishes the one he has. It’s such great customer service to feel like you’re the only customer when I’m clearly not. I have found a new “go to” plumber in the future! Thanks Plumbing 911!

After dealing with repeat flooding and a previous “fix” that didn’t hold, this company was a lifesaver. They were professional, kind, and extremely thorough. Communication was great, the technician was efficient and knowledgeable, and they went above and beyond by scoping the entire line to ensure there were no other problems. I finally feel confident the issue was handled correctly. Highly recommend and they have a customer for life now!

I had a slow leak of my hot water heater and called for an estimate to repair. Shane came to the house (no fee just to show up for an estimate) and provided a thorough estimate. He scheduled the repair. Unfortunately, the repair did not work so I had to have a new water heater installed. They actually gave me partial credit towards the new install from the repair effort. Shane did a WONDERFUL job. He was friendly, personable, courteous and most of all efficient. I would highly recommend if you needed repair work or new installs to call Plumbing 911 and specifically ask for Shane! My experience could not have gone any better.

As a first time caller to Plumbing 911, I was pleased to book next day service for repair of 2 toilets with different problems. What seemed like a straight forward solution was anything but.

Brad was called out in unbelievably cold snowy weather with a wind chill of -20 below to install a defective heat tape on my granddaughters mobile home. In just a matter of hours he had the job completed and within three hours of the job being completed she had flowing water. Brad set with me and explained what he had to do, parts he was going to install and what to expect after the job was completed. Thank you Brad, you are definitely an great asset to Blind and Sons. Jesus was wonderful. He's very personable and a happy tech. He explained things to me which was wonderful because I didn't quite understand everything and I appreciated him coming early instead of tomorrow he did a very good job and helped me with my filters that I had the wrong size and he explained that all to me and which ones were bad and which ones didn't fit and so he went out to his truck and got me the correct filter which was wonderful so I didn't have to go buy one or do anything else or he didn't need to come back I would definitely use Blind again for all my needs that they supply. He cleaned up after himself which not all techs due. I would take a picture of his work but not always technical friendly.

Called for emergency furnace issue. I was able to make appointment same day and Hershel was out within two hours. He explained problem thoroughly and made fixes in a timely manner. Highly recommend

I’ve had Blind and Sons come to help me with my fixer upper house several times. They installed my new AC unit, ran new gas lines, and also fixed the furnace when it stopped working. I can not recommend them enough! Highly knowledgeable, extremely quick response times, great pricing, and the absolute friendliest people. They have a lifelong customer with me. I know my home is maintained well when they are the ones maintaining it. Honestly so grateful that I found them!

I received Furnace service from your Technician Frank Waugh he explained everything really carefully from a temporary fix to what I received today to what I really need is a full furnace installation which I will be getting later this year and I would like Frank and your company to complete the installation probably around October or November 2026

Denny Tingler is an excellent service man at Blind & Sons! He arrived on time, and explained what he was doing through the entire service call! He was respectful, as well as knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and cleaned up the area he was working in! Denny provided me with an estimate of the cost to fix the problem, and an approximate time frame. I certainly would like him to be the repair man once the parts have arrived, please! I highly recommend Blind & Sons to anyone in need of HVAC, electric, or plumbing work, as I have had them perform all 3 on my house, and was satisfied with everything!!

Edit: Denny returned yesterday and completed the work I needed done. He did an excellent job and I am 💯 percent satisfied with his (hard) work! Once again I highly recommend Blind and Sons for reliable and experienced work in any of the services they offer!

Our furnace went out on coldest day of the year . The repair tech was polite and fine . However we paid $89 for service call and they never fixed a thing !! They quoted $650 to change a filter !!! $1500 for basic maintenance. That’s taking advantage of a desperate situation . Will never call them again . We called someone else and the price difference was unbelievable and did a great job They Should be ashamed but I doubt it .
