Shane and his team from Plumbing 911 were absolutely amazing. We had several items pop up on a home inspection on a house we purchased and we wanted them taken care of before we moved in. Shane walked through the items mentioned and even found an issue that was missed in the inspection. He talked through how he would fix them, in detail. There were no high pressure tactics, just a thorough estimate and pricing was fair. Work was scheduled a few days later and completed without incident. Shane was also wonderfully patient with my 2 kiddos running around and wanting to play with him :) Will definitely have Plumbing 911 back again for future needs.

Josh was a very efficient worker. I did have to remind him to put shoe covers on. There was a big puddle around the area that he fixed. I would’ve thought they would’ve cleaned that up but I’m not sure what they’re supposed to do. I do appreciate when a contractor cleans up after themselves. We didn’t really find out the cause of the smell, but the house does smell better so hopefully whatever was done is enough to keep the smell of bay

I highly recommend Plumbing 911! Ive used them 3 times for plumbing emergencies and I’d never use another plumber. The office manager is professional, warm, and helpful, and a plumber has always been here the next day (or the same day). They make sure to text customers appt dates and time, and to notify you know when they’re on the way , and their plumbers are prompt, courteous, trustworthy, highly knowledgeable, and their prices are competitive. My last plumbing need was a new hot water tank and upgraded lines, and God Bless them, Shane and Brandon installed it on Christmas Eve, and then showed me where all the shut off valves are and how to drain it once a year, to prevent lime buildup.
I just can’t say enough good things about Plumbing 911! Give them a call, you won’t be disappointed!

The service I received was frankly, PERFECT from the initial phone call. One phone call with the dispatcher set expectations clearly; a technician named Jeff would be calling me and I MUST be available for his call. Within 10 minutes, Jeff called me, told me he would be at my house within 30 minutes, which he was. Upon arrival, he assessed the situation quickly, had a quote within 20 minutes and proceeded to move forward and fix my hot water heater and do additional maintenance - all done within three hours. I couldn’t have asked for a better appointment. I am truly blessed to have found the leak, call Plumbling 911 and meet Jeff. He was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, and I trust him. I asked him to assess future work to have him come back. Which he did, and provided specific instructions on what I needed to do with the city prior to his arrival, and confirmed his availability. I emailed the city while he was present. He shared that he would be the tech to come back sometime in the future. Highly recommend these folks. Thank you so much.

Arya did a great job. He was able to diagnose the issue, gave us a reasonable quote and performed the work quickly and professionally. He also made sure to explain what he was doing during the job. Am happy with the service performed.

Rob came out today to install a new water meter inside our house and also reroute some of the plumbing around the meter to get it out of the way. He did a great job - he quickly assessed what needed to be done, and within an hour was finished. Once he was done, he cleaned up, and the new plumbing looks fantastic. My only minor ask if I have him back, he didn't consistently wear "booties" in the house and so tracked in snow / some water when he went out to his truck a few times. Nothing that 15 minutes of vacuuming and cleaning of the floor can't fix.

I had a plumbing emergency (backed up drain with sewage all over my basement floor) a little after midnight and was able to get Plumbing 911 out that same day by 11:30 AM. The office staff are very friendly, polite, and prompt. Tim (in-house tech) and his associate were early to arrive, professional, respectful of my property, left me in the loop of what they were doing the entire time, trustworthy, thorough, friendly, and did great work at a good price. They took care of replacing a toilet on the trip as well. They were even cool with my cats, which gets extra bonus points from me.

I had to shut off the main water to the house for almost 24 hours due to a broken shut off valve in a downstairs bathroom and a leaking toilet. Try as I might, it was beyond my ability to fix. I had a 911 Plumbing refrigerator magnet from a mailer last year on the fridge, so I called Plumbing 911 to see if they could help. I was able to get a same day appointment and Nick arrived 10 minutes early. Despite the challenge of working with old plumbing, he was able to get the old shut off valve off without any damages to the water pipe behind the wall. Nick went over my options of rebuilding the existing toilet or installing a new one I had on hand for an upstairs bathroom remodel. I went with putting the new one in rather than further time and struggle removing/replacing corroded bolts, flush valve, tank seals and wax ring on the old one. Nick restored the water to the house first then took out the old toilet and put in the new one. He cleaned up the mess, hauled off the old toilet and left me with much relief that everything was restored back to normal with running water and no leaks in three hours time. He was polite, courteous and made sure the job was done right. Thank you Nick and Plumbing 911.

My first time using this service. I chose because the the number of high reviews on Google. They showed why they have such a high rating. Easy to schedule, great communication, got there within 90 minutes and cleared the main drain in my business for a very fair price. I will absolutely be using them again if needed. Plumbing911 came out within 24 hours after my initial call regarding my hot water tank which wasn’t an emergency but I really appreciated the quick response. Tim was very professional, he pointed out all of the previous installed issues, and what needed reworked to correctly install a new hot water tank. Excellent work and very neat, I would recommend them for any plumbing work!

Rob did an amazing job. Had a clogged pipe from our kitchen sink (dual sided sink), there was no obvious entry to the piping to snake the line, so he made one for us before snaking the line. Rob was very respectful and clean as he worked. I highly recommend him for any of your plumbing issues.

I hired this company to go to my mother’s home to address a clogged drain and a fix a pipe that was not working. The plumber partially cleared the drain (it is still not draining properly) and thawed the pipe that we found out was frozen. I was charged $513 for this service.

At no point was I informed that the pipe was likely to refreeze or that there were preventative measures that should be taken. There was no follow-up communication with me or my mother to explain potential risks. The pipe froze again the very next day and ultimately burst.

The same plumber returned and confirmed the pipe had burst, recommending a leak detection company and stating they could return to repair it after the leak was located. By that point, significant damage had already occurred.

When I contacted the company to ask why I had not been informed that this could become a larger issue during the initial visit, it took several days to receive a response. I ultimately spoke with Brandy Freeman regarding a refund of the initial service fee, given that the original issue was not properly resolved and no preventative guidance was provided. I was later informed that no refund or adjustment would be issued.

As a result, I am now out thousands of dollars in water damage repairs and had to hire another company to properly address the issue. This experience was extremely disappointing and costly.

I initially chose this company because of its highly rated reviews, but that was the case. I would recommend you take your business elsewhere I payed premium prices and was met with awful customer service and terrible expertise.

First time using Plumbing 911. From appointment scheduler to plumber Arya, all were kind, considerate and a very professional and knowledgeable. Arya explained everything throughout the process and even made sure everything was cleaned up after handling clog and was very helpful and kind in speaking with me about how to keep issue from happening again. Would highly recommend Plumbing 911 for anyone with plumbing issues. Very well done job!!

Very responsive and professional. I called the office at 10 am and let them know my project of rerouting gas lines for a dryer hook up.
By 10:30 Rob called and said he would meet me at my house by 11 o’clock. We went over the project. He went out and got the remaining supplies needed and was completely finished and done by 1 PM.

(Mar 4, 2025) I used Rob again for a leak in a basement pipe. He was prompt and courteous and figured out the issue and replaced the Y connector with a stronger material than the original.

(Mar 11, 2025) On Monday evening I found that had a clogged toilet that would not be cleared using a plunger, so I called Rob yet again. He came out Tuesday morning at 8:30 and took care of the issue with no mess.

(Sep 16, 2025) I called as soon as they opened and let them know. I had a leak where my water meter connected to my main line. They said they try to get me in later in the day and then they called me and said they had an opening and Josh came at 11 o’clock and finish the job by one excellent service very clean and neat smooth transaction

A positive experience. Plumbing 911 replaced the utility sink, fixed the stopper in the pedestal sink, and installed a pop-up stopper in another sink. Zack encouraged us to purchase the sink and stopper ourselves to save money. He showed up promptly on the day we got all items. He cleaned up after the work.

Plumbing 911 has assisted us with plumbing issues in the past and we were very pleased with their work. We called them again immediately when we found a pipe leak coming from our main bathrooms sink, tub, and commode. A service rep came out right away and let us know the work that would be involved for the repairs. Their technician, Brandon Becker, was on site as soon as his schedule allowed to replace pipe, drain lines, and seals as needed. He also had to remove the toilet, replace the seal and reinstall. Brandon was very professional, and very knowledgeable. He completed and checked everything prior to leaving. We felt confident everything was repaired and finished in a timely manner. Thank you, Brandon, we appreciated your workmanship.

Price seemed reasonable but not sure because I did compare or seek any quotes. Peace of mind as a disabled person. Brandon was a great tech.
