Had a service technician (Christian) out to diagnosis my washer. Very polite and professional. Explained the problem in term I could understand. Decided to get a new washer. Went to there Barberton location and a very helpful young lady helped me pick out a new washer. It gets better. It was delivered the same day as my work schedule is just horrible. Trevor was very polite and professional thru the whole delivery. I highly recommend this company. It was a great experience from beginning to end.

When our refrigerator decided to stop working overnight, I didn’t want to call the previous company we had used for a repair after having a bad experience with them. I went out on a limb and gave Collins a call. Over the phone, I was treated so kindly and was surprised to hear that they could send someone over to take a look within a few hours. Trevor was our tech and he was amazing! So kind and informative. He was efficient in identifying the issue and making the needed repair. We will forever call Collins for any future repairs!

Excellent Service. I found Collins on my Google Search. As a life long area resident, I don't think I had heard of this business. After reading the reviews I decided to call and schedule a service call to repair our washer.
-- Wow, someone actually answered the phone! I gave them the details about my washer and was told they could have a person out to me the next day. Great. I set the service call for after 1 PM as I had another appoinment in the morning.So the next dayI received a call from Trever asking if he could come earlier and I said yes because my appoinment was canceled.
Trevor arrived right on time and got to work on the washer immediately. The issue was found and he had the parts to make the repair - imagine that in this day.
Very professional service and outstanding customer appreciation. Highly Recommended.

This is not the wrong business, you just screwed over the right customer……….Complete scammer, don’t expect anything less than terrible service and overpriced incomplete work, paid the owners son exactly what he asked for over $2k worth of nothing. I have all receipts that will go to my lawyer. I do not recommend anyone using this service

We have used Blanks for over 10 years! Great service, knowledgeable, affordable, and quick! Just had a sparking outlet and they were out an hour later.

I found and used Blanks Electric in
Barberton from a referral. I am NOT happy with the amount I was charged for services rendered!

I paid $175.00 to replace only 1 BUTTON on a very basic door bell, and 1 or 2 light bulbs. That's it! Except for the service call!!

But, my house is ALSO in Barberton, and only 1 mile away. So, there wasn't much gas used to get to my house.

I feel taken advantage of, do not recommend them and will not use Blanks Electric again!!!

David came out and said he would put in my moms outlets, but she had to have some other things done before he could come out and install the outlets. So she gave him a call to set up an appointment for him to come out and he was rude and unprofessional. Thanks David for the "compassion" you had for my mom. We will not recommend him to anyone. Poor customer service.👎

I’ve dealt with many contractors in all professions but I will never look for another electrician or electric company! David and Blanks Electric has been great to my projects… and even everyone I’ve referred. If I had to choose one word… I couldn’t. But two I could do and that’s honest and professional.
