Our GE refrigerator was not as cold as it should be, so we called Collins to have it checked out. Christian came out the next day & after a thorough check he discovered we needed a new temperature board. He explained everything he checked & came back in two days & installed the new one. He was very quick & made sure we could call with any concerns. Highly recommend.

Kevin has been amazing! His communication is excellent and he is upfront about costs, time and the issues we were having. We placed a call with them and Kevin came out to look at our issue. He identified it quickly and recommended a replacement. We purchased the replacements from his store and they were set up and delivered with care. He came back out a week after to make sure everything sounded and ran right. Definitely give them a call if you need any help with appliances!

I found this place by googling appliance repair.
I am so glad I did. The office employee I spoke with was nice and Christian came out to look at my refrigerator and knew exactly what the problem was within a few seconds. He explained the issue and got to work. After a few hours of him being gone, I was worried because my refrigerator was still taking awhile get cool again and didn't know if it was normal and still give it time. I called him to ask him and he told me to try something else. I did and I texted him a few hours later to verify and he responded immediately. So, finally after a week my refrigerator is at normal temp and working like a charm! I will definitely call Collins from now on and ask for Christian !

I got up late this morning and poured milk on my cereal. At the first bite I could tell the milk was lukewarm. So I checked that the breaker was on. I called Kevin and told him the problem, them texted him a photo of the serial and model #s. He said he'd have someone out soon, then he was outside my door an hour later. He diagnosed the problem, put in the new parts he had with him and got it going again in just over an hour. It is the best service from a great local company at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

Quick, friendly and efficient service! I called to have our washer diagnosed and repaired, and had a tight schedule the next week. The receptionist called on of the technicians who was in the area to see if they could stop by same day and Trevor came out within the hour. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and luckily had the part on hand. Highly recommend!

We are beyond thrilled to have found Collins Appliance Repair. We went there to look for a used oven after being told by both an electrician and a well known repair service that my 25+ year old JennAir was not fixable. After talking with Kevin we decided to give it one more chance. Kevin identified the problem and fixed it in one trip and it works great now. They are an honest, reliable family owned business, the only one we will call when needed again.

My six month old dishwasher was leaking. When I bought it, I was told that there are no warrantees with it. I called around for a dishwasher repair place. Collins Appliance Repair had the best price I could find. Trevor, the technician came out to check why my dishwasher was leaking. It was leaking because the weld did not hold where the dishwasher met with the frame. It was not repairable. Trevor suggested I contact the manufacturer because it was a manufacturer’s defect. He felt so bad when I told him the dishwasher doesn’t have any warranties. I took his advice and contacted the manufacturer. I now have a new dishwasher. Called probably half a dozen different places to come out and repair our 1950’s oven and Collins Appliance Repair was the only one who agreed to come take a look at it. Kevin was very kind and personable, figured it out fairly quickly and got it working! Even showed us what to do if it goes out again. Would definitely recommend for any repair needs!!

In the last 5 months I've need an appliance repair technician twice and I'm so glad I found Collins appliance repair. Trevor came to fix my dishwasher. Called ahead to check model number. He stopped at the parts store on his way because he knew what my issue was going to be. Fixed it quick and easy for a very reasonable price. Christian came today to fix my dryer that I had repaired last Aug with sears home appliances and found the replacement part that was used last Aug had already failed and was not the brand of my dryer. He had the right part with him took the time to fix it right and I was charged half of what I paid to Sears appliance repair. Thank you Collins appliance repair. You have wonderful technicians!

My washer went out this past weekend. I called Monday and even with the work shortened week they were able to get a Tech out to me Tuesday morning. Trevor looked my washer over and said easy fix. It's an older Sears Kenmore and he had the needed parts in his truck, very polite and professional. I highly recommend this company.
