I’ve been doing business for the past 6 mo with master cleaners. I try to keep my business locally in town since I live here & also a business owner. This week I dropped off my shirts as usual paid the day of drop off the amount of $36 bucks 7 shirts. 2 days later I go with my receipt in hand to pick up my shirts only to be told I still owe 13 dollars I was charged incorrectly. I told the lady that’s weird I’ve never had this issue before she replied you never got caught till now! She was so rude instead of explaining the situation in a polite manner or perhaps saying our mistake next time we will charge you this amount due to the size of your shirts. I will not go back to this location and will definitely spread the word among friends & family to stay away!

I had to get a very nice coat cleaned and I was nervous because I took it somewhere else in the past and it was never cleaned properly, still looked dirty, and charged me more when they saw the brand. I called master cleaners and the woman was super nice and the estimate was fairly low. I brought it in and they were very friendly and charged about what they said on the phone. I got it back a few days later and it’s never been cleaner! I highly recommend master cleaners for any dry cleaning.

Paid $25 a Sheer to be hemmed to 48" from 80". I dropped the sheers off on 11/26/22, reluctantly paid $25 a sheer to be hemmed. Picked them up on Wed., 12/28/22, the lady handed the sheers to me, and they looked long. I asked her if the sheers were hemmed, she said, yes. I thought maybe they folded them on the hanger, and they appear longer than should be.
You know when something is telling you, something isn't right, well, I should have followed my instinct.
I get home to hang my sheers and take them off the hanger and just as my instinct told me, they were not hemmed for $25.00 each. I paid $100 for 4 sheers to be hemmed. Ridiculous! They said the cost of living has gone up I think we are all aware of the fact.
I called the next morning, Thursday, 12/29/22 at 07:30 to advise them the sheers I paid $100 to get hemmed a month ago were not hemmed.
The lady answering the phone states oh, yes they were you told me the hem would be 4 inches.
I advised her I would never pay anyone to hem sheers 4 inches at $25 a piece.
I advised her when I dropped them off the were way too long for the windows, I need them for, and I need them hemmed to specifically 4 feet.
She said they would charge me another $25 a sheer to hem. I asked her to have the manager call me please. I am not paying for a mistake on getting sheers hemmed to the correct length I requested especially at $100.00
I might need to find a different dry cleaner.
Never had any issues with them in the past.
Workers just need to slow down and get the customer's order correct, check, check and double check.

I’ve taken my dry cleaning here for years. They are timely, professional and very friendly. Alterations are also top notch and I’ve used their sewing repair service from time to time. They do a great job all around.

I’m sad to see the “for sale” sign out front due to the upcoming retirement of the owner but am grateful they are trying to find a buyer for the building in the dry cleaning business. Hopefully they will be successful and the new owner will run as good a business as Master Cleaners does.
