We our very pleased with our Gutter Helmet and our experience. We learned about them through a local home remodeling s and scheduled a consultation. Ted Ricker was the gentleman they sent out, and boy, was he the right one. He knew his information and was very personable. Once we decided to make our purchase, he collected the measurement information needed and set us up for installation. The installation process was seamless. We didn’t even need to be home. They just needed access to the property. The color selection makes our Gutter Helmet undetectable to eye, but it’s working wonders. Our only regret is that we only serviced the back of our house where trees are. We already see how effective the Gutter Helmet is and may opt to do the entire house soon. We’re grateful to have been provided various options as well. Highly recommend.

I recently had Gutter Helmets installed on both sides of my duplex. Service was great. Installation happened sooner than expected. The install guys did a great job and cleaned up perfectly. The came recommended by my daughter and I am very happy I had it done. Great job.

Gutter Helmet has been an amazing product since installing on several properties about 4 years ago! It is the premier gutter solution and stands up to the maintenance free claims that are made by so many other companies! Anytime I have questions the team is right on it and the field technicians are always timely and communicative whenever they inspect their work. Sam Pyers is right at the top of that list. He is courteous, knowledgeable, caring and happy to explain everything happening with the system. I only recommend Gutter Helmet when someone asks about installing a gutter system on their home.

Too bad zero stars is not an option. I have left 2 messages for the company directly and even called Gutter Helmet corporate on 2 occasions. Each time I spoke with corporate, they assured me I would get a call back. The 2nd time I called them, they apologized and said they would escalate this issue and I should expect a call back within a few hours. Crickets. They must have very sleazy salesmen who can lie there way out of the poor customer service and crappy quality of gutter protection. I have had birds nests in mine since spring (when I first tried getting someone to respond) and I have since decided to tear this crap off my home and install some good quality covers. Avoid Gutter Helmet like the plague that they are.

Updated: After Gutter Helmet reached out... too late dummies. I already contracted someone to yank this crap off my roof and replace the gutters and covers with a solution that works. You had your chance when I reached out to you via telephone... 4 times! You promised a call back with high priority and I was blown off. Buyers beware!!!

Lednor Homes installed Gutter Helmet on our existing gutters. The process was easy, communication with the company was good, and the installers completed the job within hours.

We appreciate the thorough and cleanly install of our Gutter Helmet project. The only complaint is we were told of the installation one day before our installation, but were given no time range. Our crew didn't show up until 4pm requiring us to wait around all day because we requested at the sale to be home during the install. We left messages with the call center asking for information. No follow up call to us was made.

I am impressed with gutter helmet. The system is working better than I anticipated. Water flows seamlessly through the system down the gutters. Autumn is now here and the leaves are falling.No clogs and my gutter. So far, I'm happy with my purchase.

Gutter Helmet Installation- Initial presentation was good but not an oversell which I appreciated. They scheduled the work fast and installed even faster (just a few hours of installation). They explained everything very well and said they would make any adjustments if needed due to the steep pitch of the roof in some areas and overflow of water. The material looks great on the house too, very clean and professional.

The process was wonderful from beginning to end. Michael explained everything thoroughly. And the installation crew were quick, efficient a cleaned everything up. It was great experience and I live my gutter helmets!

We previously had Gutter Helmet on our house' gutters since 2012 and had satisfactory results. A hail storm seriously damaged the roof, gutters and siding of the house in April 2025. During repair we had 6 inch gutters put on rather than the previous 5 inch. The Gutter Helmet installation appears much nicer on these. I expect that it will function much better as well. We shall see. The re-installation was just completed yesterday.

Horrible, horrible job don't waste your money. Total RIP off!!! Dont say you weren't warned. He deserves 0 stars.

Well, started out ok. Showed up, did some work and collected the money. When we realized they didn't complete the work, we called them out on it. Would not return my wife's calls - only took my call cause he didn't recognize my number. Said he would make good on his promise. Never showed. Bottom line - DO NOT USE these two - you get what you pay for, sometimes less.. .. . . .

Had my house done - didn't move furniture like he said to clean under coaches. Had grout done (didn't do under the kitchen table or corners of the kitchen - didn't do behind door in bathroom. Had couches cleaned one couch looks great but didn't finish the other as it has water spots now. It seemed like he was in a hurry and didn't take the time to do a good job. He was very well priced but unfortunately I wouldn't hire again.

Best Dry Cleaner I ever used. Staff is always pleasant and willing to go out of their way to make sure that you're satisfied with their work. I also would recommend the seamstress. My husband and son had their suits taken in and they fit to a tee!

Wonderfully convenient. Excellent parking. Reasonable prices, handy and efficient. Nice people. No trolls, or annoying pixies. Free ice cream cone would be nice, but, ice cream is messy so its understandable.

I have been to Masters Cleaners twice since I have moved to Berea. I loved the service they provided. The were polite, courteous, and professional. On my second visit I had them clean my 1994 prom dress and I received it back in beautiful condition. I will take all my dry cleaning needs to them.

I came in with a white dry clean only top. It had hair color and toner stains at the neckline and they got it all out! Amazing job, very friendly! There's a reason why they've been in business for decades.

Been going her all my life, and they HAD great service. Dropped off my black winter coat in the spring as I always do. Took it out of the plastic a couple days ago and it has white specks all over it. Never had this problem before. Went back to Master Cleaners to see if they could correct the problem. Was told it's lint and nothing they could do about it! So much for customer service. Finding a new cleaner to clean it right.
DON'T BRING ANYTHING BLACK THERE!
