A nice sales person came out to give us an estimate. We agreed on a price for gutters not the system be put on the house. I was able to get scheduled and the gutters were installed in just a few hours. I would definitely recommend.

I had Gutter Helmet installed on my house. I heard that it was good stuff. It's only been on for a week now. I will be able to determine in the future how good this is working.

I chose to go with Gutter Helmet for gutter guards on our home based on a recommendation of family members who have this system on their home and are very pleased with it. It hasn't rained much since the guards were installed (go figure!), so I can't speak too much about that at this point in time. However, I can speak to the final price (compared to the cost and product quality of other companies I researched) and professionalism of both the sales rep and installation team. As a single female, the professionalism and respect are very important to me.

Lendor Home Solutions' Gutter Helmet was genuinely the best investment I ever put into the house. Going on 22 years, I've never had to get up on a ladder once. When a tree branch damaged the system a few years ago, Lendor fixed it right up, and right away. I'd recommend Lendor and Gutter Helmet without reservation.

    Stay away!!

Do not utilize Gutter Helmet by Lednor Home. The product does not work and they will not honor their own warranty. My pole barn Is tall enough that my wife and i were concerned about my safety while cleaning the gutters. I did the research and spent far too much on Gutter Helmet 100% because they had a lifetime no-clog warranty. Basically if the gutters get clogged they come out and clean them. Well, they don't work all that well so the gutters clog. And they have come out and cleaned them before for free as they promised in their warranty Well now they are charging a $50 “dispatch fee” and they wont come out unless you pay it. They say the service Is free still but they wont schedule it until you pay the $50 dispatch fee. I disputed it but ultimately paid it just to keep the ball moving. After 3 weeks the technician came out and refused to work on the gutters because there was “pollen buildup” on the gutter helmet. I’m not kidding!! Pollen!!!!! I live in Ohio! We have pollen!! He then tried to extort another $180 out of me and said “He couldn't touch the gutters until i paid them another $180.” I threw him off the property. I’ll just do it myself or find someone local. I’m not going to have an unethical company extort me in my own driveway. If you need gutter shields, stay away from this company. They overcharge for a warranty they won’t honor and their customer service is horrific. If you ask for a manager they refuse to call you back at all.

This isn’t about $230. This is about a company not standing by their word.

Gutter Helmet by Lednor Home Solutions is an unethical company with a poor product. 0 out of 5 stars!!! I only gave 1 star because it wouldn’t let me give zero stars.

We had a couple of problem areas that our existing gutters and downspouts couldn't handle. The gutter helmet solution was perfect, it solved our problem and improved the appearance of our house!

I sent an email requesting a proposal from Gutter Hermet, whom we had used a few years prior and had done a great job. As before within a couple days, their salesman, Jim Wishnek, a nice gentleman, stopped, looked our home and game me a very good price for the job. Within a few days the crew showed up, did the job just as I requested, cleaned up and were gone. Good crew, good product and a fair and reasonable price. I certainly recommend Gutter Helmet.

While inspecting our gutter helmet system, Sam Pyers noticed that a few of our downspouts were not long enough and causing water to pool around the foundation of our home. The downspouts were installed by another company and not by gutter helmet. Coincidently, I have recently seen water coming into our basement directly below one of these downspouts during the recent heavy rains. Problem identified! I am now having Lednor Home Solutions replace the short downspouts which should clear up the issues in my basement.

I would like to especially recognize Sam Pyers for his professionalism and thoroughness. Sam took extra time to explain what was going and to answer all of my questions. Thank you Sam!

Sam Pyers was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in remediation of our gutter helmet. Thank you for your quick response and professionalism. We will recommend Gutter Helmet to our friends and neighbors.

Sam from Gutter Helmet was awesome. He took his time to explain things clearly and used photos to demonstrate our situation. He had excellent recommendations and was very personable and professional!

So, it wasn't a bad experience, but I don't feel that I got great value... My wife wanted this, and it wasn't a hill (or roof) I was willing to die on. She had a estimator we met at a home show come by and recommend a bunch of stuff. Obviously there were time limits for "savings", so my wife went ahead with the "urgent" recommendations. That review & conversation took about an hour. I assume gutter helmet/lendor solutions must pay their estimator some type of % commission and then subcontract the work - there's a ridiculous amount of profit margin in there and baked-in incentive for Lendor/GH to charge top dollar.

We paid ~$1600 in Nov 2024 for the following: 29’ gutter helmet, 19’ white 2x3" downspouts for roof tie-ins (that the original roofer did not complete). 6 elbows. 133’ of additional gutter "prep" (aka, checking for leaves - there wasn't much). The two guys who came out appeared to be experienced, but not terribly professional (laughably torn clothes). They got the work done in about 1.5hrs. Ultimately, I could have done the downspout work myself but my wife wanted the pros to do it so I wasn't on a roof... So, we got ~$100 of downspout materials (as I price it at home depot), 29' of gutter helmet, and 3hrs of labor for $1600. Ugh. Also, for what it's worth, our roof is not a steep pitch.

So like I said, it was a 'good' experience - smooth to work with, and seemed to do good work, but it'd be FAR cheaper to buy materials and tackle it with some youtube, caution & an afternoon.

I wholeheartedly agree with Ryan below. I spent thousands to put this garbage on my home, and it is the biggest waste of money. They get you with the "never clean your gutters again" but then try to charge you to clean their system off because the system itself clogs and they only guarantee the inside of the gutters. Also the $50.00 dispatch fee was not disclosed up front because it did not exist when I installed my system and I too feel that is unethical.
The initial installation was a disaster and it never got better dealing with them years later.
Oh, and if you ever need to get them removed to get a new roof, be prepared to pay $1000+ for them to remove and reinstall them. I just paid for that a few months back, and now paid them $50 to come back out because there is a bird nest inside my gutter and the technician who just left told me the guys who reinstalled did them wrong and they need to schedule to come back again and remove and reinstall!! And when they were there to reinstall, damaged trim pieces on my brand new siding and Dolli wanted to argue with me it wasn't them and asked if I have photos to prove it!!
Do yourself a favor and save the aggravation of dealing with these people and don't buy this junk. Zero out of five stars.

I had an estimate done by Sam for some heating cables for gutters on my home. He was very professional, on time and very courteous. He did not try a hard demanding sell and answered all my questions. He was a pleasure to work with and I look forward to having this project done with him.

An outstanding experience from the customer centricity of Ed our salesman to the office personnel and finally the installation at our home. Friendly, professional, courteous and responsive.

We waited a month to post this review so as to give product time to perform or not. Our roof was redone through insurance due to a severe storm destroying it and a good part of our gutter Helmet back in August. The re-install team was great listening to my thoughts and concerns this time around to ensure its performance and durability in strong weather conditions. It has shown itself better now than the version of it that the house came with before we got here. One thing I learned through the years is you should spray along its edges with a product such as 30 seconds Outdoor Cleaner with a little soap a few times a year before that next rainfall using a powered pump sprayer to keep the water flow smooth over the bend, else you could get spitting over time. I think a lot of customers experience some issues from this lack of general and easy maintenance .

I had the heated gutter system installed. It is not working properly. I have been trying to work out this issue since January 2025. Today in June 2025 it is still not resolved. I have called customer service 5 times no one answers and you leave a voice message and no one calls you back. I even called the district manager Costen and he too does not answer the phone or return calls. I don’t think anyone works in customer service. They are not willing to fix the issue. I would not use Gutter Helmet.

Needed the system to be checked and maintained. Sam Pyers, the technician, looked over everything, fixed a small issue and explained some maintenance tips for me. This is what a great technician should be doing. Thank You!!

I contacted Gutter Helmet a couple weeks ago and scheduled an appointment to have someone come to my home and give me an estimate. Two days prior to my appointment, they called me and said they needed to cancel. We rescheduled for the following week, and I received a confirmation text, but then no one showed for my appointment. After waiting for someone to show and having not received any notification from them, I called the company to inquire about my appointment. I was told by the employee on the phone that she could see my appointment in their system, so she was going to call her rep and call me back in “one minute.” I never heard back from her or anyone else with the company. After another hour, I submitted the form on their website explaining everything that happened, and for a supervisor to contact me, but still nothing. I feel this company has horrific customer service, and they just lost out on a sale from a returning customer. Clearly, they aren’t the same company they were when I last hired them.

Lednor Home Solutions provided a thorough presentation on their products and estimate. The installers did an excellent job and and a thorough clean up afterwards.

I had to have my gutter guard system totally replaced due to hail damage. They gave a fair price and installation was seamless. They also replaced the downspouts which were also damaged. That person was nice and did a good job. However there were issues. The things that became an issue were before and after installation when I was informed to remove any part would cost me an added $400 and I had no choice but to pay it or invalidate my warranty as I needed to get my garage roof replaced. I was told it was “in my contract” however I was not charged previously for roof repairs when it needed removed. I think a contract change should have been directly communicated to me. I was told $400 was the least amount I could be charged. The problem was drawn out by the fact that the person did not come the day he was supposed to show up. There seems to be a disconnect between the home and local offices as this happened before when I had to have them come out to determine the damage from the hail storm and no one came on June 18 and I got no call or explanation and had to schedule it when we returned from vacation. This time they were to come on Feb 3 but no one came and I had to call and was told the guy scheduled had “transportation issues” and was unable to come. The job took only 15-20 minutes so I don’t understand why no one could come and voiced my concerns that day and explained about the roofing people scheduled to come 3 days later to no avail. This delayed the garage roof install for weeks as the weather was worse after they were finally removed and then we had to wait again for a day for the roof when the weather would cooperate. This meant our gutters were open from Feb 7 past Feb 28 as today is Feb 28 and the garage roof got done today but was supposed to have been done on Feb 6.

I’m a former customer of Gutter Helmet by Harry Helmet. I didn’t know that the company had changed ownership and had hail damage to my roof and my gutter guard back in 2024 in April. Unfortunately, my insurance would only agree that the metals were damaged not the shingles. In the middle of my claim I had a leak in my garage roof and they said I had to tarp my roof until they could get out to inspect it. They stood fast on only the gutter guards and the downspouts being the damaged things that they would pay for however, my garage roof was badly damaged from typing it and pulling up the tarp for the inspection and then putting the tarps back down, waiting the decision of the department of insurance. In the meantime, I had gotten my check and had the gutter guards and the downspouts installed however, there was still the issue of my garage roof and I did get the company who did the tarping to take some of the cost and agree to do the garage roof for a discounted price. I had to then call back and have the gutter guards that were just recently reinstalled for another $6700 taken off so that the garage roof could be replaced. The first problem was that they did not show up the day that they said they would because the person who was coming to remove them, ran into some sort of vehicle problems. It only took 15 minutes for them to be removed, but this setback the replacement of the roof about a month! I called that every day because I found it ridiculous that they would not send anyone to just come take them off, especially given how little time that would be and the fact that they had made me pre-pay $400 for that claiming that that was the lowest they could charge me even though I had just paid them $6,700 and the previous owners did not charge for such removal and reinstall when you were having work done to your roof. They claimed it was in my contract, but I did not know that this was changed from the previous owner policy. As a matter fact I didn’t even know that the owners had changed at all! Me raising my concerns did nothing. They just said it was the best they could do. Fast forward to May when I had to replace the rest of my home roof because I had a leak in my main house in April so once again I had to contact them to remove the gutter guard so that the roof could be replaced and this time it was to the tune of 900 more dollars!! I wish I had realized that the ownership and the policy of removal for repairs or replacement of your roof had changed because I would not have spent the money on the gutter guards again I would have simply replaced the downspouts and use the rest of the money toward replacing my roof and just paid someone to clear out my gutters. I do not think that this product is worth what I paid certainly not given that I have paid for the system to be installed on my house twice I would highly recommend avoiding this company. They were very rude to me over the phone. Every time I called different from how I was treated when I first purchased the system.
