I received a notification before the technicians arrived. When they arrived, they were polite, courteous and professional. They completed their despite the threat of a thunderstorm. When they were done they walked around with me to insure that I was satisfied with their work. I had identified the siding inside the patio enclosure as an area they should be sure address. I cannot remember that siding being as clean as when they left it that day. I'm very pleased with Pristine Clean.

I noticed some moss growing on my home and upon closer inspection, the whole thing needed a good cleaning. Pristine Clean completed the job in a timely manner and was very communicative during the process. I also had my concrete cleaned and sealed and my paver patio polymeric sand grout touched up. Everything was completed quickly and professionally. The house looks great and we’re ready for summer. Eric W. Did a great job!

My wife and I researched quite a few power washing companies. Though Pristine Clean was not the cheapest, we liked the fact that they applied a “sealer” as they called it after they power washed the house and also the fact that they had a two week window after their services were performed for the payment to be payed. Every other company wanted a credit card prior to them performing any work.

The day they were scheduled for our home they called prior to them arriving. The “Whole House” power washing we had performed took them approximately one hour, though our siding was only five years old and we basically called them for the green airborne mold we had on it in various spots. They called twice after they were finished. Once to in fact say they were finished and a second time to say that they could not turn off our outdoor water spigot and had to put a “Wye” connector on it so they could take their hose. In the interim, they also damaged an outdoor security camera of ours by soaking it with water a little too much which I did not realize until I returned home.

In general though, Pristine Clean did a great job cleaning our house along with the brickwork we have and also our siding. The only complaints we had was the fact of the damage to our rear water spigot, our security camera and the spots on all our windows resulting from them not rinsing the chemicals off completely. I understand accidents of course do happen, and the one owner Ken was very accommodating and sympathetic when I spoke to him regarding the issues we had, and adjusted our bill accordingly to reflect the repairs we had to perform along with our time to do them.

The bottom line is…From the owner, to management to the cleaning crew, Pristine Clean did in fact do an excellent job on our home from start to finish. We would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any sort of power washing performed, and we will definitely use them again in the future.

Pristine clean had done my father’s drive way/patio earlier today and did an exceptional job! The team went above and beyond; making our old drive way look brand new. Truly recommend to all home owners, what a difference it makes seeing a clean drive way again.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Anthony was so polite and friendly- even helping me move some things out of the way before he power washed. The side of our house was covered with with algae and now look at it sparkle! Such a great price for great quality service and product too.

This is the first time I am ever posting a negative review as I believe in promoting local businesses. We enlisted Pristine to power wash our paver stone patio and driveway. While the driveway was done well, the quality of work on the patio was beyond substandard - leaving behind significant amounts of moss and weeds between the crevices of the paver stones. I would never recommend these folks.

UPDATE: I am revising my rating. The owners contacted us, came out to our home and completely redid the patio power wash and did it right. I commend them on their sincerity in making their customers happy. I would recommend Pristine without any reservations.

While I was dissatisfied with the outcome of the initial roof treatment, Pristine Clean took prompt actions to mitigate the problem. They sent an additional crew out and the roof is now cleaned satisfactory. The roof is now white and shines.

1st time we had the house power washed , in 39 years! Vinyl siding had much heavy green moldy stains on some sides of the house,and high parts we could not reach on our 2 -story home. Amazed that Pristine Clean 2 man crew was able to clean the siding spotless! Also they made the rain pipes white again! Looks great! Great job— I would recommend. Be prepared for a bit of bleach smell for a couple days afterward .

I had my condo power washed by Pristine Clean and was genuinely amazed at how great everything turned out. From the initial call to the final rinse, the service was top-notch. Oscar, the technician, was both professional and courteous throughout. He called ahead to let me know when he’d arrive, showed up right on time, and completed the job thoroughly and efficiently.

We had our drive cleaned and sealed and they did an awesome job. The 2 men that came out where professional and amazing. First, they followed Covid protocols when speaking to me by wearing a mask. I've had other service providers come do outside work and they didn't wear masks. Thank you for keeping everyone safe. They were quick and did any excellent job. We have garden next to our driveway and I didn't notice any issues with those gardens.
They notice our dog watching them out the window and were really excited to meet her. It was such a relief to have 2 very professional and skilled workers come to do our driveway.
It's also nice that Pristine Clean lets you pay online after the service is complete and they don't required any prepayment. Any contact I had with them either on the phone or email also got a quick response. I dealt with the same customer rep each time which was nice.
If I need more power washing services, definitely going back to Pristine Clean.

Had driveway and private walks power washed and sealed. Jacob was conscientious and courteous. Before starting, he confirmed what I wanted done. He worked nonstop and before leaving checked to see that I was fully satisfied with his work. Everything was tidy when he left and he answered all questions that I had. I would definitely recommend this firm (and Jacob) for their workmanship and for using a top quality concrete sealant. Here are before and after pictures. The after picture was taken shortly after sealant was applied and before it completely dried. Until now, this driveway had never been power washed or sealed since it was initially poured 69 years ago. I’d venture to say it now looks much like it did back then.

After soliciting for a reliable and trustworthy company we decided to give Pristine Clean the opportunity to service our drive and walkway. The technician Eric Walker arrived on time as he stated he would and even though I wasn’t home, I could see that he respected our home, and vegetation and began the process of restoring our filthy driveway. My wife said he took his time and went over areas that were a bit more in need of deep cleaning. I would not only recommend Pristine Clean and I’m more than sure that all of their technicians can do the job, but I’ll ask for Eric to come back and service our outdoor cleaning needs.our drive was replaced roughly ten years ago and other than myself taking the pressure washer to it, this was the first professional cleaning and sealing,I wish I had taken pictures before hand, but I know what it did look like and now I see the finished product.
