After considering other companies we settled on Pristine and are very pleased we did. Their pricing was very fair, they were able to come out within a week and detailed what would be done and gave us detailed instructions. We have a long driveway which is about 30 years old and it turned out beautiful. All the discoloration is gone and we have peace of mind that it is well sealed. We also had them pressure wash our walkway and front stoop. Jordan our sales person was great with communicating and Corey our technician what polite, thorough,cleaned up well and did a great job.

We were more than pleased with the results of the pressure cleaning of our roof, home and garage. Our technician Oscar did a fantastic job. Our roof and a couple sides of our house and garage had many layers of dirt algae and some moss. Everything looks as good as new. Oscar was prompt considerate and diligent. Oscar did a great job of clean up, too. We won't hesitate to recommend Pristine Clean and Oscar to our family and friends.

I needed to have my driveway and walkway powerwashed and sealed. From start to finish Pristine Clean provided outstanding service. The friendly sales representative and office staff efficiently booked my appointment and answered my questions. Technician Brendan and his associates were very congenial and their skillful washing of my driveway and walkway not only totally impressed me but brought forth several compliments from neighbors about how beautiful the driveway and walkway look. I will certainly call on Pristine Clean again for work on my property.

I had them do the driveway/sidewalk clean and seal. The service was easy to schedule although there was initially a question as to whether I was in their service area. The tech (Brendan) arrived on time, explained the process and completed the work promptly.

Dillard and his assistant from Pristine Clean were courteous and careful. They gave my house a nice thorough wash. They answered all my questions and responded cheerfully to my requests to touch up tough spots here and there, leaving my house good and clean. What would have taken me days and left me with aches and pains, they accomplished in hours.

I had my driveway and sidewalks power washed and sealed today. Oscar and Ryan were outstanding. They came earlier in the week but it was raining off and on and I was uncomfortable about having the work done. Even though they assured me that they could complete the job and did their job trying to make me comfortable, I made the decision to reschedule, they were respectful of that decision. Just bought a new home and had Pristine Clean come out to freshen up the outside and treat my moss covered. They did a wonderful job! So pleased with the work even found a stone path on the side of house that I didn't even know was here! Highly recommend!

I have used pristine clean and the gutter boys services for many years. They are always very professional and on time. The driveway clean and seal is wonderful investment and I just had siding pressure washed and it looks wonderful. It really brightens up the house.

We hired Pristine Clean to remove moss on our roof and power wash our siding on our house. Our technician, Oscar, was prompt, competent, thorough and friendly. We have also used them in the past to power wash our deck and they did a great job. We are happy repeat customers!

Pristine Clean did a detailed power wash and sealing of my driveway and patio. They even power washed my front door entry way and stoop, which was totally unexpected. They were polite and prompt with communicating. Everything looks great. Definitely recommend their services.

The first tech got rid of all the weeds in my brick patio and it looked great. The second crew came out to clean up after that and seal everything and went above-and-beyond for me. These guys did a wonderful job! My driveway was pretty dirty, some places looked black. Looks brand new now. When looking out my window I'am shocked at the difference, and can hardly believe it is my driveway. Had my roof cleaned and had the Pristine Roof Renew treatment done as well. It looks brand new.
My experience with this company was wonderful from the moment I called to get info and to schedule the work to be done. The guys who did the work were courteous, conscientious, and happy to answer any questions or concerns we had.

The associates did a really good job power washing the house. They were very professional, personable, and explained the process as it was being done. They also made sure the protective coating was applied as offered as part of the service. The cost to do the work was very fair and the results are amazing. I recommend Pristine Clean to anyone needing their services.

Edited for remedy April 2022: Pristine Clean understands customer service and was prompt and responsive to my disappointment after the first power washing job. They sent a tech back to assess the situation and see if it could be improved. It was and I am very happy with the results. My advice to anyone going with washing their home: talk to the service tech and review the work before they go. They are willing to relook at areas and fix issues if they can. There are a couple of areas where the siding on my house can’t look as good as the rest. Overall, it made a big improvement in appearance. Kudos and back to five stars for making it right. I definitely recommend their services.

Edited for next service Apr 2022: I had Pristine Clean come back to power wash the house today. For six hundred dollars, I expected better. Although some parts are much better, the brick wasn’t cleaned and there is still dirt on the siding. I don’t feel the job was worth what I paid… I still have some moss on the chimney brick too.

I had Pristine Clean come to clean and treat the driveway this week. Mark D did an amazing job and was very thoughtful and careful while treating the concrete. He let me know when he was on his way, explained the work and agreed that it didn’t make sense to work on the back patio that has a painted surface. He called the change in and the team in the office made the proper adjustments to the billing. When finished, they roped off the drive so no one could pull in and people wouldn’t walk across it before it dried. Price was reasonable and the results are impressive. The photos show the contrast with the sidewalk. I will definitely use Pristine Clean again.
