Our service technician Brendan did an excellent job in power washing both our concrete and our house. He carefully covered every area and adjusted the power of his spray for intricate areas where necessary (i.e. stone, porch swing, wooden steps etc.). He was cordial and he listened well. He also respected the yard and property making sure to avoid damaging anything. We are very satisfied with the work we received. Thank you.

Pristine Clean did an absolutely fantastic job on our house and driveway! They power washed the entire exterior and then applied a protective sealant to the cement, and the results are night and day—everything looks pristine (pun intended!).

Our technician, Brendan, deserves a special shout-out. He was professional, courteous, and clearly took great pride in his work. He walked us through the entire process. The driveway, especially, looks brand new.

The salesman guaranteed that the wires would be hidden. In fact he told us it wouldn't work if the wires were exposed. My wife absolutely did not want exposed wires so we signed a contract. When the work was done there were wires that were out and seen all over. I called to complain and all I got was a "Sorry, the salesman was wrong." They did nothing to atone for the major screw-up and nothing to appease us. It is supposed to snow this weekend so we have our fingers crossed that our icicle problem is solved like we were promised.

Sam inspected my roofs and gutters and did an outstanding job! Will highly recommend him to anyone. ☺️

Dan was great, he explained everything and got rid of the bird nests and the birds. Have had Gutter Helmut for years and the service has always been top notch.

This was our second time purchasing Gutter Helmet. The product works great and the technical staff have the installation experience to successfully complete the project. Very professionally done.

I had a small problem with my gutters Dan Schmader came out and inspected my gutters saw the problem and corrected it very quickly he seemed very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do and gave me some very good hints on doing maintenance on my gutters.

So far, we are not happy at all with this company. A very personable man came in to give us a price on gutter covers. He took every imaginable opportunity to cut the price for us. We gave him 1/3 as a down payment and then he told us it would be about 5 weeks before the work could be done. It's been much longer than that and work still hasn't begun. My mother called to cancel, and a very nasty woman told her you can't, you only have three days. Their communication is awful, I was told work would begin last week. It didn't. No phone call. Now my 87 year old mother thinks she's been scammed. I didn't give them one star because I work hasn't begun yet (if at all).

Despite the issue of the salesman misquoting the total footage of Gutter Helmet, the product is fantastic and alleviates the burden to continuously clean out the gutters. This is also a nice perk for when we sell the home for the next home buyers! Overall, well done.

Gutter Helmet is the best! I had them put on my one side of my house 5 years ago. I have never had a problem with them. Last month, I had them put on the rest of my house. They are very efficient and very clean. I would definitely recommend them!

We have had Gutter Helmet for 13 years and it is a great product for our location. Service is fine when requested but that has only been used for minor repairs or adjustments and to replace their product when we replace our roof.

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They are the most poorly run business I have ever worked with! The salesman was very nice and charismatic...but he is a snake oil salesman! He made a ton of promises that were not delivered on. I waiting months for installation and only got on their schedule after calling and calling. They were supposed to notify me a day in advance when they were coming to install. They didn't...they called me at 10am while I was at work to tell me they were arriving by noon - I'm at work...I can't just drop everything and leave. So no one was present during installation to check their work. Now 5 months later I have a problem with the gutter and again I can't get them to resolve it. Scheduled an appointment for repair - they never showed up! Now I'm calling and calling again and can't get answers. They claim I wasn't on the schedule. These people are idiots ! Don't waste your hard earned dollars with a company that doesn't have any integrity - I'm sure there are better companies, with better customer service out there.

Very friendly sales associates and prompt friendly service. Always had a call to say the installers were coming and at what time. I think there has been a nice improvement to the appearance of the gutters. I chose the brown color because it blended very nice to the rest of the house. I would recommend getting gutter helmets.

I was looking for some sort of gutter topper as I have a ton of trees over my roof. Several quotes later I went with Gutter Hemet. They were the only ones that offered free take down and reinstall when I get a new roof (of course through them but with a discount). They also had some super awesome deals going on, give lifetime warranty on parts and labor, and sold me on the fact I wouldn't ever have to step on a ladder again. Already my kids have thrown stuff on the roof but it didn't go in the gutter! It's a win in my book.

I will preface this by saying the people in charge when I had the gutter helmet installed in August 2019 were not professional. I had a lot of difficulty getting the job scheduled after multiple delays. They finally came out and do the job however left some scraps in the bushes around the house. Afterwords there was leaking at one of the gutter seems that was significant, leaving puddles. I called gutter helmet in the hopes that they would make it right and I called in April 2020.. I was not hopeful given my experience in August 2019. I spoke to Andy who is the new person in charge. I couldn’t have been happier with his responsiveness. He sent somebody out within a few days of his call. After a significant rain I noticed it was continuing to leak after they thought it was fixed. I called him back again and again he was very responsive sending two people out one more time I met the guys at my house. They were able to find the issue and fix the problem and now for the first time after heavy rains there are no leaks. The product works as stated. I believe if you’re considering putting this product on your house you should I think the company under the new management Andy you can’t go wrong. I almost never write reviews so you know if I’m writing one I had to have a good experience. I believe the product is good but you need the people running the company to be responsive otherwise if you run the troubles you’re out of luck. I would hundred percent would put this product on my house again.

Sales rep. was very personable and a customer as well. Installation team very efficient couldn't afford to wave "Hi" back. We have had some heavy rains since installation and GUTTER HELMET is working beautifully no more back-up and over flow. Would have been nice to have more than a 20 minute notification of installation --- even though 'you don't have to be home during installation.' Had quotes and saw devices from the companies you see on TV--- I am glad I chose GUTTER HELMET!
