Don't pay there bills. Tell vendors that work for them check is in the email. Don't work for them.

Very unresponsive if you need something from them- they won't help at all, but if they want your money, it's a different story. They just broker services between you and independent contractors.

Virgil was very nice and did the yearly maintenance on the furnace and showed my husband how to reset the filter change time.

I had Hauser come out to my house for a furnace tuneup. The technician called and let me know he was on the way. When he arrived he was polite and personable. We walked through was I was needing during the appointment and quickly went to work. He gave my furnace a thorough check up and assured me my system was working properly and optimally. Quick payment process and gave me my paperwork for my records. I have used Hauser for over a decade and I always receive the most professional service at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!!

Service Technician Guy from Hauser Heating and Cooling was on time, very personable, and very thorough in performing our Winter tuneup on our heat pump heating system. Highly recommended!

Very professional and prompt service. No surprises on day of service. Pay the yearly fee, save money, they take care of the rest as far as maintenance goes and semiannual visits.

Wiring wasn't installed right, someone has to come back & fix it, also since l've had to plug in a big heater to help keep things warm, you can pay half of my electric & gas BILL.. The technician today found the problem, she needs some different wiring harness which wasn't installed the first time by the installers.

1st call came to me from searching on Angi's List. I could barely understand the girl who called. It was obviously a call center somewhere else around the world. I did make appointment for service call. Had 2 texts to confirm it.

I decided after someone else looked at it not to repair. Replied to text to cancel. Never heard another word that it was canceled or not.

I called the next morning so they did not make the trip. Got a guy some place on other side of the world too. Also hard to understand. Thought I dialed wrong because he answered and said ARI not Hauser. I asked who did he say and he quickly said Oh, Hauser. Could hear all kinds of other calls in background.

When I call a local repair company, I want to talk to the people in the office of where they are coming from to drive to my house. It was all just so unfriendly and not personal.

Please be aware your call center is not working for customer services. I left 6 messages requesting a replacement part and not one call was answered. I begged for a direct line to talk to you and was told that was not possible. I won't use the call center to book any further work. Totally frustrating!

Mr Andrew was professional, polite and kept us informed at every step. He was
very good at explaining in easy to understand terms about the issues being addressed. He also explained preventative issues and cost to fix without pressing us to fix right away.

He was professional dressed and wore shoe cover before entering the home without having to be asked as we had to request from other workmen on previous occasion.

I highly recommend Mr Andrew for his quick and competent work and this is his second visit and would use his service again.
