Our school has had Jani-King as our nightly cleaners for the past many years, and highly recommend them. Their service has been consistently very good, and they honestly care about our satisfaction. We recently had many changes over the past few months, and they were always there for us no matter what we needed. Jani-King, our particular franchisee, and everyone in their corp office have been loyal partners for our school. I highly recommend.

We use Jani-King at our sites in Mentor and just recently Elyria. We are so pleased with their service and definetly glad that we chose them to service our facilities.

I completed the online form so that I could get a quote. I IMMEDIATELY received an email saying their "dedicated local customer support team will promptly reach out..."

Maybe my idea of prompt is skewed, but I would not expect to wait a week (and counting) to hear back from them. Especially when the other companies I contacted responded with a call the same day.

******Considering the great response from the Jani-King VP, and the fast and friendly reply when I offered them a 2nd chance at gaining my business, I am moving my rating to a four. If we choose them and things go well, I will bump it to a five.

I noticed the gentleman I was to meet with driving by the office long before our scheduled meet time. He did that to make sure he was in the correct place. I LOVE that!!!! He showed up to the appointment early. He listened, he took notes, he asked questions. He focused on what I was telling him as we walked through the area. He made a great impression.

My husband and I have been a franchise owner for several years now. Glad we made the move and partnered with them. Wish we would have done it sooner! Good way to be your own boss and build the size business that suits your lifestyle. All the operation reps and all the office people are super helpful and set you up for success! Can't wait to see what the next years bring!

I'm very happy with Jani-King and the staff that takes care of my building. The cleaning is good and I rarely have any issues. The franchise owner is always on top of things. The supervisor visits regularly and the communication is great. Very refreshing compared to several companies I have worked with in the past. This is a good company.
