Andrea and Maddie did an amazing job cleaning my house! They were incredibly thorough, professional, and detail-oriented from start to finish. Every room was spotless, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Even the little touches didn’t go unnoticed. My home looks and smells incredible, and I couldn't be happier with their work. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and it really shows. Highly recommend these two. You won’t be disappointed!

I've had 2 cleans so far. I like this company better than the last one I used because there is no contract I like that they rotate through out your house every time they come and do a deep clean on a quarter of the area they are cleaning. So far I've had no issues.They are very accommodating.They are quick and thorough

The owner did a first assessment of our house and what we wanted cleaned and how frequently. Today was first cleaning day and two very pleasant and efficient woman arrived and completed area well and independently except for a few of needed questions. They didn’t mind the wild turkeys that were strolling down are driveway when they arrived!

They do an amazing job. I hired them for a deep clean and Alison and Marilu were so friendly and professional. From start to finish, they were meticulous in their work, and in the end, the finished product was amazing! They don't cut corners. All the specific tasks we asked them to focus on were all cleaned so well. If you're thinking about hiring a cleaner to lighten your load, I promise you, they are worth it!!

Hailey and Liz did an excellent job deep cleaning our home. They arrived on time, were efficient, and were thorough in their work. Liz even noticed a gas leak coming from the stove in our basement and alerted me immediately. We will definitely use this company again in the future.

The ladies did an excellent job. Great attention to detail throughout the house. Friendly, courteous. Tried to make friends with my cranky old dog. She still barked but the ladies tried.

They do a nice job. Our dog is so in love with them. He follows them from room to room. The extra help allows me to get other things done. I have a disability with doing many things. This is and will continue to help me breathe better too. Everyone is pleasant and work quickly but throughly to help keep our home clean. Thank you.

Horrible that the parents working there have to work 7 days a week and only get to see their kid 5 hrs a week during the school year. I know this as fact because I babysit for one of the workers.

Knowledgeable, friendly and always looking out for our best interests. This is rare to find in the janitorial industry. I would highly recommend Jani-King Cleveland!

Want your own business? You could buy a franchise. It's like buying a job. Except you get no benefits. Pay down payment and then a monthly payment. Except 2 or 3 years down the road you will want to quit. Then they will tell you that you still owe money. Have them explain the "finders fees" to give you more business. It's like cleaning an account for 2 months for free lol. Your initial cleaning supplies you pay for but they decide what you need. Some of which won't be want you want or need but they make more money. Wait 30 days to get your check. Check isn't always ready. One time Joe went on vacation on check day and employees told me no check. I had to call corporate to straighten them out. If a client doesn't pay a bill. They don't pay you but still take royalty out of your check. They always get there money first. There are other cleaning franchise out there I would recommend looking into them before you look at janiking.

HIS COMMENTS ARE TRUE BUT DOESN'T MAKE MY COMMENTS WRONG. If you want a cleaning business I would still recommend you stay clear of janiking. Look at the other cleaning franchises. If you need a cleaning service consider this. How good do you think the cleaning of your business will be by a poor franchise who is squeezed for every penny. Forced to take on many accounts to feed there family. Yes they will cut many corners.

Not what they once were. Services varies GREATLY based on the franchisee assigned to you. Their flagship contracts with UH, Cleveland Clinic, Cavs, and Browns give them a good image but the other 90% of us “common folk” have a much poorer experience.

I've used many janitorial services in the past, both good and bad. Jani-King I can say is very good. They are responsive and their Operations Managers do a great job at getting any issues resolved. Definitely recommend them.
