We have been very pleased with the quality of work and the team that provides our nightly service. Immediate response from the owner whenever there has been a question or additional services needed. The management is always available to speak with us, and visits the site on a regular basis to make sure all our requests are met and done to our satisfaction.

The cleaning quality is horrible! the cleaning is being done during business hours and the person who is cleaning has no manors! She starts vacuuming while we are working with customers and have to be asked to stop so that the customer can hear what is being said. The quality of the cleaning is bad! a 10 year old could do a better job of cleaning then her. When a manager is not in the office she will clean for half hour 45 mins and then leave!

We recently had Anago clean our showroom for the holiday season, and they did a phenomenal job!!! I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a quality and professional job. Thank you so much.

While our initial contact about hiring them to clean seemed positive it went south after that. We hired them to strip and wax floors in our school. They promised to supply wax and all supplies. That did not happen. The floors were not done correctly. In addition they used many of our supplies. When we contacted them about the job and we were not happy they sent out the crew who once again used our supplies and then ran to Home Depot for supplies.Not what was promised. There response was they are old floors. They also complained that we did not pay the bill however we never received any bill. In addition they outsource this job to a company that did not do quality work. Think twice before you hire this company for doing floors

They take “a couple minutes here and there“ quite literally. If I’m able to do a better job than the company paid to clean there’s a problem. Speaks volumes when a company has more positive reviews from employees than customers. Was there a bonus incentivized for that review? The real reviews are the people saying the exact same things happened to them and the company replies acting as if the customer is suddenly a stranger or as if the customer is lying. According to them, the customer is always wrong.

Anago of Cleveland is a very professional, courteous, and very accommodating franchise company. Jeff and Chastity Schaffer have been very knowledgeable and super helpful when it comes to understanding the franchise industry and the way their business process works. Other than the initial cost of purchasing a franchise they do everything they can to find accounts for your business.. I would say purchasing a franchise thru Jeff and Chastity has been one of my best decisions and I would recommend them and their superb values to anyone.

I have been doing business with Jeff, Chastity and Jolene since 2015. They have always been very professional and reliable. I like the way they use a color coordinated system to prevent cross contamination. They also use high quality cleaning products and floor finish. I would highly recommend them for your business.

The overall experience with Anago has been amazing. There have been some small hiccups with poor communication by former account reps, but each time I brought up a concern the customer experience team was on top of it to make sure it was corrected right away. The team we have cleaning our office now has been great and are always happy to make any adjustments (always small items) when I ask them. Very happy with our experience!

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Basically told us our account wasn't big enough to matter. If I treated our patients this way, we would be out of business. I had to pay my staff to clean our facility when I was paying this company to do the job. The "CFO" is completely condescending and rude to their customers. If she were representing my business she'd be fired. My advice? Run.
