While I think once a quarter may be overkill, I can say we never have bugs in our house or basement. The times we have had issues around the perimeter, they were great in scheduling someone to come out right away at no charge. It’s a nice peace of mind.

The service rep that arrived was the best I’ve seen. He was very professional and accommodated my needs. I was just getting back from a dental procedure and was a great deal of pain. The rep went to each area and made sure all my needs were met.

Paul was fantastic, friendly and very thorough! He addressed the ants, and spiders, and even took care of wasps trying to build a nest close to our front door.

I have been an Aptive customer for over 5 years, 3 different houses. I am very satisfied with their service and I have yet to see a spider or insect in my home after their treatment. At my current home when I had mice in my garage I added their bait stations which they refill frequently, now I have no more mice. They are a great company and I like the fact that they use safe materials and I have cats. I highly recommend Aptive.

Excellent service and agent. Tate Smith was excellent. Super courteous and well spoken. As he did the inside we talked and learned if his plans to attend college. Same college as two of my grandchildren. He was very careful in the house as well as around the outside. He’s a credit to your company.

The technician did a very thorough pest treatment. He also brushed away all the cobwebs he could reach and installed a Yellowjacket trap on my back patio. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He notified me when he was on the way and when he arrived and sent pictures of the treatment to my phone when he was finished. Excellent scheduled service! Thank you Derrick!!

Bernard and James are excellent professional technicians. They both address all my issues, and did an excellent job indoor and outdoor, spraying everything! We've had Aptive for over a year now, and they have always come through for us. We've had other technicians, and they're all good. Bernard has been here a few times already. He really does care!! They all seem like they care. I highly recommend Aptive!

We worked with Anago for a year. The cleaning crew supervisors were great to work with consistently. We did have some quality issues but they worked to resolve them with us and were quick to work to resolve our concerns.

Awaiting a promised refund and have not been able to obtain it.
