We've worked with Kenny twice now and we will again if we ever need more trees trimmed/removed. His crew works quick and they do an great job cleaning up when they're done. We had a large stump to grind with lots of spread out roots and they did a very thorough job with that. We got multiple quotes for both our jobs as well and he was the best price both times. Highly recommend.

Extremely unprofessional service. They hacked off large branches with no care or technique, leaving the trees looking butchered and unhealthy. It was clear they had little understanding of proper tree trimming practices. Instead of clean cuts, there were ragged stubs left behind, and they didn’t shape the trees at all. They rushed through the job and didn’t bother to clean up the debris properly. If you care about the health and appearance of your trees, avoid this company. Hector was extremely rude and the whole crew exhibited a total disregard for quality or professionalism.

Man of word- quality work. Stuck true to quote even though work was more than it appeared upon original inspection. Many stumps ground. Completed follow up job for neighbor with similar results (massive tree removal). Will call again

Kenny and the entire team at Timberland were extremely efficient and did an awesome job in trimming and shaping a pear and maple tree. They cleaned up all branches and tree cuttings and couldn’t of been more pleased. I would highly recommend and plan on using their services next time any tree work is needed. Definitely a 5 star

Great job done by these guys. Kenny was flexible and available to take down a large river birch that was up against our house. He quoted me fairly, compared to another company that was double the price. We often see price gouging given where we live, but Kenny treated us fairly and didn't overcharge. The tree was done quickly and the stump grinded as well. Very pleased with the results and Kenny's professionalism. Thank you for the good work!

Kenny and his crew came over to take down a couple trees and do some trim work. The work was meticulous, completed in short order and included a thorough clean up job. A great return on your money to which I would highly recommend. Thanks guys!

Kenny and his hard working crew arrived on time and immediately went to work. They worked with efficient purpose taking steps to protect property and themselves. The cleanup was as if they weren’t even here. The cost was reasonable and competitive compared to other estimates. I will recommend and use Timberland again if needed.

This company did a great job removing a large tree very close to my house. I didn't see much of the tree felling process, but from what I could tell from their set up, they are very experienced and skilled. They were efficient and cleaned up as much of the debris as they could in the snow. I will not hesitate to call them again if I have another challenging tree that needs to be removed. Great job guys!

Arielle did an exceptional job. She explained the process today in detail. Even made sure to mention that the product was harmless to our fur baby. Highly recommend Aptive.

Technician was very polite and courteous. Notified us when he was on his way, arrived, and completed service. Explained what services he perform d and provided pictures. Very thorough- great job!

Derrick was the young man who did the spraying today. I have to say he did a great job. I think you have a good Employee there.

James did an outstanding job today. He re-treated a room in my house that STILL has fleas from the summer. He treated all the windows, doors and other areas where pests may come in. He even added some new mice cubes to a trap that was left by the precious owner. He did all this outside with several inches of snow on the ground. THANK YOU JAMES, YOU HAVE GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND!! 11/10 SCORE.

My technician is always amazing. We have had a significant decrease in bugs. The technicians have always gone above and beyond, from helping to bury a dead baby bird to alerting me to a gas smell outside which ended up being a gas leak at my meter. Always polite, professional and looking out for customers.

Effective and reasonable price. Convenient to work with after I signed up. They always text before they come, and if I have any problem areas, they take care of it. Most importantly, I haven’t really seen any bugs for at least the last year.

Your representative, I believe his name was Jess. Was knowledgeable, and precise about his work. He made me aware of what he had planned, and asked me to any trouble spots, then he went straight to work. He waisted no time, or movement, and covered everything I made him aware of. Thanks for employing good workers like this man.

All of the service team are great. They make sure to text before arriving, they ask if there are any problem areas/concerns, and they text a summary of what they did, along with photos taken during the application of the treatments. They are very fast and thorough. And extremely polite.

Jessie did a terrific job! She addressed all the issues we were having and she explained everything she was doing! Very friendly!! Enjoyed talking with her!

Wyatt does a great job. He pays attention to all the details, gets into the places where the ants and bugs lay eggs, etc. We appreciate how detailed and dedicated he is to doing his job the right way.

Jim did a great job today taking care of our home. And got rid of a mouse. He did better than others you have sent out.

I like that they email notice of date of their visit, email a reminder, and the service person texts with an estimated time of arrival on the day of service. They check in with homeowner when they arrive and again when they finish to see if anything else is needed.They are very conscientious.

My experience is I have alot of pests and I pay a month to month billing service on the pro contract which allows them to come out to your house within 60 days. Meaning you could pay for a year and get 6 months of service, then if you cancel before the year you get a $200 dollar charge. My pest traps are all empty as I have checked them, it's been over a month and not a call or text for service. Very poor in my opinion and I recommend to always read what you pay for. That was my fault and with the new company I have chosen, they have reassured me I will get service every month I am paying.
