It was 2F and snowy so I asked if the service was necessary and our service provider did a great job of explaining why. He also was excessively resilient as his van was stuck in the driveway and he shoveled his way out.

Excellent pest control service. Reliable, courteous, will act on your concerns with great results. Ariell came today, she was very friendly and acted on my concerns of certain areas around our home in addition to the regular treatment for bug control. They take care of everything!

The gentleman was courteous and he was very nice. Did a great job outside and did the best on the inside that he could. I fell 4 days ago and have issues with physical cleaning of my home at this time. But he sprayed the kitchen and everything else. Gave a bug zapper for flying insects and made sure there were other bug killers placed were the need to be.

They guys that have been coming out are nice and acknowledge my concerns. However I recently had your team come out for maintaining visit. Then about 10 days later scheduled visit. I mentioned bees in front of house and in shrubs. I came home from work and wasps activity still strong. I sprayed light sconce and more then 10 wasps emerge. Wasps coming out of shrubs still. I sprayed with $10 can from box store and they’re dead. At least these ones. I will be cancelling this service. Pictures are from 3 hours after service completed, the ones I got just coming home from work.

We told them not to come and they did anyway and want payment. They do a good job when they do come, but I schedule for when I am at home so they can do the interior of the house. This is the 3rd time they have showed up without me making an appt

Less than pleased with service. Pest control appears to have left a series of muddy footprints on back porch rug. 😵‍💫

Wyatt serviced my home today. He did a great job. He was thorough and took his time and took care of all the areas he said he would. I had so many black ants and thanks to Aptive they are gone! Beyond this Wyatt was polite. Great company!

I have had aptive service since August of last year.It is now may and I have been dealing with a stink bug infestation this whole time. I come home from work and I kill at least a dozen every day then kill them all night. They show up at night while I'm trying to eat my dinner. My house is infested with them and somehow they cannot take care of these stinkbugs. I pay $70 something total each month. And as of right now they are coming up on two months behind where I have paid and they have not been here. I told them if they cannot get this stink bug problem under control I want to cancel and I should be able to. I went with them because they said they do my whole yard.I have a very large yard and they have yet to do my backyard this year. I have documentation and if they want to go to court and battle this out let's go! They just sprayed 6 days ago of writing this review.

Jeremy clearly explained the home prevention application he was using and why. Though not sure the price is worth the 15-20 minutes spent here esp during the winter months. Spring, summer & fall I would understand paying the set amt.
