Called on a Monday and had service Wednesday. Knew in advance what the price was and they knew we had a 2 story home and the areas of concern. Crew was friendly, quick and gave us some good information about the gutters that were working, which needed the cleaning the most when they were done and what we should be on the look out for in the future. No up sale or added costs or pressure. Would definitely use Zac and crew again.

After an initial cleaning that did not go well, Derek from the Gutter Boys reached out to me to make it right. I sincerely appreciate a business that values its customers enough to come back out and make sure the job is done right with a good crew. The new crew that came out to our home re-inspected our gutters, found a squirrels nest and cleaned it out, and made sure everything was working well. Gutter boys took my deposit and then I didn't hear anything from them for 3 weeks about scheduling then it was another two weeks before the install of the gutter guards two weeks after that the gutters are dripping because they didn't clean them now I'm gone on 3 weeks trying to wait for them to come back to clean the gutters I've had four appointments they didn't show up for
Update they showed up this morning which was great come to find out they did clean the gutters the first time they weren't clogged it was a seam that was not sealed which caused the leak

Everything was first rate from the salesperson to the installers. We had new gutters and guards installed and are very happy.

Their prices are great! I just had a small project (putting up a gutter on just one side of my detached garage). The Gutter Boys were by far the cheapest of any of the other estimates, and they did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend them for anyone seeking quality work at an affordable price!

Top notch company that gets the job done on time and everything looking PRISTINE!!! I didn't even know you could wash a roof... Looks like it was just installed ...and the glow of my house melts my eyes with how white she is again!! Jason Casey was my point man on the job and was an absolute pleasure to work with!! This group is very easy to work with. They cleaned my gutters a few days ago and were very transparent in the cost before I agreed to have them come out. They called me ahead of time before they arrived, and best of all, they did a great job cleaning out my gutters. I’m very happy with the service and will be using them again when it’s time for another gutter cleaning.

UPDATE BELOW PREVIOUS REVIEW:
After 2 positive experiences, we scheduled our third appointment to have our gutters cleaned. It is a task my husband did himself twice a year before an injury now prevents him from being able to get on a ladder. So, this was a routine maintenance appointment ~ nothing beyond a normal clean out of the gutters on a one story ranch home.

Unfortunately, our experience this time has become anything but normal. Two corners are overflowing horribly, especially with all the rain we have had this spring. We have called and spoken to a Customer Service Rep four times, each time being promised an ASAP service call. We called again today, using all four of their different extension numbers with no one answering. We left messages, but have received no call back.

We will no longer be a repeat customer.

** UPDATE ** After posting this review Monday, 2 service technicians were at our front door at 10:00am Tuesday. Fortunately, we were home & they were able to remove a large amount of debris & clear our blocked gutters & downspouts.

We will probably contact them again in the fall...another chance. Updated our rating from 1 to 3.

We are very pleased with the gutter boys. They did a great job as always.

Update: After my initial review, Derek promptly reached right out and ensured the team came out after the holiday. They arrived as promised and successfully fixed my fallen downspout and the pulled-away gutter. The team was knowledgeable and very courteous, and even fixed an additional loose nail on a side gutter that I had not noticed. So I am updating the score to 4/5 from the original 1/5 I had provided.

Original Review: I unfortunately do not recommend Gutter Boys. After they billed me for work accidentally, despite not actually coming to my house to fix anything, I have been promised now on four separate occasions over the past 5 weeks by Derek the operations manager, or Genii, that someone was coming to finally fix my fallen downspout and pulled-away gutter. Every single time I was told someone would be out in a couple days. Then I would have to call or text when they didn’t show, to only then be told the same apologies/promises. I genuinely don’t know how anyone does business like this, irrespective of how busy they are. Also, to keep sending me invoices via email and text when they never actually performed work is very frustrating, due to their “automated system”. I’m going with another company now.

After being quoted an insane 1700$ to replace 20ft of garage gutters by another highly rated company here in town, Doug came out and assured me that not only could he do this job easily for 500$ parts and labor, but encouraged me to do it myself and save myself some money. That sort of honesty and positivity isn't common anymore, and I appreciate his time! Highly recommend

I called them for a gutter cleaning and to reattach the downspout to my underground. They did a fine job cleaning but didn't reattach the downspout. I emailed them, and I guess it was a misunderstanding of what I wanted. They said they'd come out to reattach it (for an additional charge, but it was reasonable). When they did, it doesn't look professional at all... they used a white adapter on black gutters, and it looks carelessly shoved into place. Also I can't imagine the water will drain properly with the adapter on the *outside* of the underground pipe.

Update: The manager called me a few days later and agreed that it wasn't the proper fix. He offered to come back out to correct it. They took 2-3 weeks and said it was due to global shipping shortages, which is reasonable. They used an appropriate adapter and spray painted it black. Somehow the black spray paint got on the stone of my house. The technician called to tell me about it and said he'd be out later to clean it off. He did come back the next day, but there's still clearly black paint on the stone. It's not too noticable, but I think they should have been more careful / cleaned it off better. While they were out they replaced another segment of downspout they noticed was split. They said it would be $50 but I never got an invoice for it, so maybe they just let it go? I added one star to my review because I appreciate them reaching out to me and trying to make it right, and because they didn't charge me for the downspout segment. The paint still kind of bothers me though.

Zac and his crew did a great job on my gutters. Even thought it was raining; they even got the gutter on my second story dormer. I highly recommend them and will have them back again.

Moose & Daniel were the technicians that came to clean the tile in our kitchen & bathroom. Not only was there a noticeable improvement after they were done, these two young men are an asset to their company. They were very personable & professional, & they did an amazing job. I will use Stanley Steemer in the future & highly recommend this business.
