Austin and Jevon did an excellent job of cleaning my air ducts and explaining everything to me. The only thing I have to say is the people in the office should tell the customers they are paying for the return vents as well. I had no clue on that so it made my bill a lot higher than what I had expected, but they did a great job. Everything was satisfactory. My house smells so much cleaner. I would recommend them to everyone, and I've already told all my friends and family about them. Kudos to Stanley Steamer. I always have them clean my carpets and they do a great job as well. This is the Canal Winchester location, and I always use them.

Your guys just left My Home. I wanted to let you know that your guys were very professional very tidy and very knowledgeable. They were very accommodating to help me understand a few things about my ductwork/furnace that I did not know, I just wanted to let you know your employees need commended for a job well done.

Austin and Jevon did a great job on my duct cleaning. They showed up a little early but thats alright. Better than waiting around all day! They were both very polite and knowledgeable about the process. Austin took photos before and after and showed me his progression throughout the job. Very impressed with the amount of dirt cleaned out.

I am very disappointed with the service I received. I spent $177.00 and the results were unsatisfactory. I paid the technician in advance because he was late, and I needed to grab a bite to eat. While he did message my wife about being late during the final hour of the scheduled time window, this did not address the poor service we experienced.

I pre-vacuumed the floor to remove most of the cat food and informed the technician that I would be gone for about 20 to 25 minutes. Upon my return, I found that he had left. The section we paid to have deodorized barely smells any different, and the floor looked much as it did before, except for being wet with footprints everywhere. Additionally, there were still cat crumbs in the corner by the wall, as shown in the attached picture.

Given the amount I paid, I expected much better results. Although the company has a high rating, this does not change the fact that the service was inadequate. I do not wish to use this company again.

My wife scheduled the appointment, and I regret not staying to ensure the technician did his job properly. It seems he was more interested in collecting the payment than in providing quality service.

Moose and Ta were awesome. Friendly and fun. They did an excellent job and my carpets look amazing. I would welcome them back any time. They are an asset to your company.

Jevon and Austin cleaned our ducts, air vents and dryer vents, they were awesome, very professional and personable. They took the time to explain everything to us and showed us areas of concern. I would highly recommend them and will use Stanley Steemer in the future.

They did awesome at getting my couch cleaned I wish I would have taken before and after pictures. They were really nice and very professional.

Austin was very good. He took time to tell me about their Carpet cleaning process too. He cleaned our kitchen and bathroom tile today and it looks much improved.

My carpet and kitchen & foyer tile need cleaned terrible. I decided to give Stanley Steemer a try and that was a mistake. I should have saved my money! Crew was super nice but the cleaning was disappointing. I was left with stains that I assumed were permanent since their professional steemer didn’t make a difference See pictures. I was a bit aggravated by this, so I decided to clean it myself with some simple spot spray and a brush. See pics. As you can see these stains were easily lifted so my advice to anyone thinking about hiring SS is DO NOT. I could have given some grace had it been just this area but sadly this was in multiple areas of my living room. Save your money and go buy the sprays for about $20 bucks. I paid 300+ and had to re-clean my so called “clean” carpets.

I was late to meet at my address and he waited for me to show and was very friendly and did a wonderful job with my carpet. Thank you for the professional service and we will be looking forward to your services in the future from. This location.

I had a great experience today with Stanley Steemer. It exceeded my expectations, the service was next day. The technicians Moose and TA were punctual and professional. They did a fabulous job with our carpet and I highly recommend them!

The two service men that were here were polite, hard working, explained everything well, did a great job. Austin was in charge and lead very well and wanted to please us. Azar was very friendly and wanted to please us. He worked very hard and also did a great job. We are very pleased with this service. Happy Holidays!!

Worker was great with me. Only thing when I called in they never said what we would have to move and what they would move. I left house for five minutes and the guy got ride with my father who is laid up after having surgery and loosing his wife. After he told me what I thought I had to move I ran to the store as he could have done the other room till I got back, but instead rudely told my father he didn't have the time to wait.

The owner was very unprofessional. I’m a loyal customer for few years now but I guess that doesn’t mean anything anymore. My Cleaning was originally scheduled between 9-12p. At 11:50, I called just to make sure they were still coming and was told they’ll be here shortly. At 1:30pm, I thought to call since I haven’t heard anything yet or seen anyone, and was told by the same man again that they were coming which was fine but then he added that he “told me that just 20 minutes ago” which was not true. The last we spoke was almost 2 hours prior. I’m supposed to be the one that’s irritated by this whole situation NOT him. I’m the one that’s been waiting since 9am during which time I received NO calls or text messages keeping me in the loop about what was going on. I had to cancel my appointment and of course he sounded even more irritated, didn’t take much accountability, said he didn’t know what happened, a sorry he didn’t mean and just hung up. This is not a way to speak to or treat a loyal customer.

The technicians were on time, thorough and efficient. The dryer performance is always much improved with quicker drying times after the vent is cleaned. I highly recommend Stanley Steamer.

Absolutely exceptional service! Scheduling the cleaning was incredibly easy. The day of the cleaning, prompt arrival time. Fast and efficient service like I've never seen before. Outstanding customer service! Results are immaculate! I was shown before and after pictures and I was blown away. The young man that came to my house was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable and efficient with his work. I can't say the last time I've been blown away by this level of service. 20 out of 10 gold stars!
