I needed my rugs cleaned after puppy training our new dog. Hamed showed up with a kind smile and ready to work! He completed the job professionally and efficiently! He was awesome! This is my third time using Stanley Steemer and first time having Hamed as my tech, and neither did not disappoint! Excellent job!

I called and set an appointment with Stanley Steemer for duct cleaning. The first phone call went without incident and appointment was scheduled for June 9, 2025 between 8:00 and 12:00 p.m. Day of cleaning, I had not heard from anyone when they were heading my way. At, 11:45 a.m., I called the 614 number and reached the same gentlemen that I scheduled with, he stated he would call me back in two minutes with an answer to my question. At 11:46 a.m. I received a call back that they would be at my address in 20 minutes. I said, "Oh, after the window you told me they would be there" and he said "seriously" and I said yes seriously, and told him I was not happy with his reply. He said sorry. I told him that is not how someone in customer service should talk to someone. I went on with some other words, at no time did I use any fowl language, but he knew I was not happy. The crew showed up about 12:25 p.m. and from the beginning to the end was nothing but professional and explained everything they were going to do. I cannot say enought good things about the crew. The did exactly as stated and were paid and on their way. The only bad thing I can say is, the guy who answers the phone needs additional customer service training. The crew was amazing.

Service was excellent! On time, fast and throughout. Moose and Daniel did a great job explaining everything. Carpets look like new. House smells good again!

Azar and Moose came to my house today to do a full air duct cleaning. I scheduled the cleaning late the night before and they showed up very promptly the next morning. They were both very friendly and professional. They were also very kind to my pets. They worked really hard in getting every one of the air ducts cleaned properly even showing me before and after pictures of the dust and grime removed. They were very thorough and it was quite obvious that they knew what they were doing. I really appreciate the quick and thorough service and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anybody else in need of air duct cleaning. Thanks guys.

Every rep seems to do different things. Some leave plastics under furniture legs some don't. Some pre spray spots some don't. Overall satisfied with job.

My great grandparents had their air ducts cleaned. Moose and Blaire went above and beyond to make sure it was a quick and efficient service. Made it a point to show me the cleaning process and how it works, they even doubled back to make sure the room with an oxygen machine was clear of any excess. They did an excellent job, quick, efficient, and professional. Even worked around our dogs without a problem. 10/10 experience

Had the ducts cleaned by Azar and Moose today. They are very professional, friendly and personable. They explained and showed me how they setup and do the cleaning.They showed me before and after pics, a big difference! They do awesome work! Highly recommend!! These two guys know what they are doing!! If you need air ducts cleaned request them! 😀

Called yesterday morning to see how quickly I could get our carpets cleaned due to a pet accident. Not only did they get me in the same day (in less than 5hr of calling) but the Techs that completed the cleaning were amazing! Austin and Moose were on-time, polite, friendly, and very knowledgeable about their products. Did a great job. I have brown carpet so it’s hard to tell if it’s dirty but my house certainly smell smells better and the carpet certainly looks fresher!
