We really needed to have our ducts cleaned, along with our dryer vent, and Dirti Duct did not disappoint. From the scheduling of our appointment, to Ben showing up when expected, to the sound of all that filth being taken from our ducts, it was a great experience. Thank you for being so professional, friendly and explaining the process to me. Definitely recommend.

Just had our ducts cleaned and sanitized. Very, very pleased with the service from the moment I inquired via phone call to the handshake after completion, no complaints from me. Very reasonable prices for the services provided to the attention to details while cleaning and care for the customer's home. Dirti Duct is an excellent choice. Ben was very friendly, easy to deal with and explained everything prior to setting up and also what he was doing as he went throughout the house. If I could give zero stars I would. I confirmed via text the day before my appointment to make sure he would be here. He confirmed. The next day he called once 40 minutes prior to my appointment, which I missed , but he chose not to leave a voicemail or send me a text. I waited until one hour passed my alleged appointment to check on his status. He then tells me he called twice, only once, and said he knocked on my door. He was extremely rude and told me to call another company. Truth is he was knocking on my neighbors door, not mine. After texting back and forth he called me to essentially blame me for not answering his one call, not say sorry for the misunderstanding. If you are looking for an unprofessional, rude, directionally challenged duct cleaner this is your guy!!

I had DIRTI DUCT out to clean the ductwork in my home today, and I am genuinely blown away by how exceptional the entire experience was. They arrived exactly on time, walked in with a sleek, clean, professional appearance, and carried themselves with a level of respect and courtesy that you honestly don’t see often anymore.

From the moment they started, they were incredibly thorough. They explained what they were doing, took their time on each vent, and made sure the entire system was cleaned properly — not rushed, not halfway, but meticulous and detailed. You can tell they take a lot of pride in their work.

They treated my home with care, protected the areas they worked in, and were extremely respectful the whole time. When they finished, everything was spotless, and the difference in air quality was instantly noticeable.

Highly recommend. We were first time homebuyers and had Todd out to help us back in the spring. He was honest with us and told us everything looked great, he also educated us on maintenance and what to do for the fireplace. He even gave us a remote to try. Went out of his way to help us.

From the beginning to the end everyone was so polite, professional, and everything looks great, scheduling was quick and easy and they are extremely affordable!!! They did an amazing job and explained everything to me and took pictures to show me the before and after, which was very much appreciated because I'm not getting on the roof to see for myself Lol. September 2025:
This week a crew repaired my chimney. They did an excellent job and completed the work in a timely manner. We received clear and comprehensive explanations regarding the work that was done. The final bill was exactly the amount stated in the estimate. We are very pleased with the experience.

The owner came out and look at my chimney. Gave me my options and his honest opinion. Which was cheaper. In 2021 they was at my Neighbors house my liner was got pulled a little to the side from wind. They came fixed it very reasonable. The gave me a quote to retuck the joints should have gotten it done then! It was a third of the cost lol

Showed up on time. Explained all they were doing and why things needed fixed. Even reduced the price from the quote by $300.00 because they were unable to use the scaffolding gor the job. Would recommend.
