Reviews of local pros in Canton, Ohio

Had Ace did a great job with the carpet that I had cleaned in my Moms home. It looks great, very pleased.

Ace did a fantastic job cleaning carpets at my rental. Carpets were stained and worn down, now look brand new! Would highly recommend!

Beyond satisfied with my experience. I was in a pinch and they stepped in quickly and cleaned very dirty carpet within one day of my initial call. I will definitely use their services again.

Excellent! Got 1100 square feet cleaned for less than $600, they were very efficient, carpet looks brand new, and they even gave us a bottle of their carpet cleaner which you get free refills of if you keep the bottle. Highly recommend.

Extremely professional and VERY knowledgeable. Very personable. Sharon gave us so many tips on carpet care one would never even think about. I highly recommend this family owned company and you will not be disappointed.

Jenny and her team at Ace Carpet Cleaning went above and beyond my expectations. I tried like heck to save this carpet myself to no triumph, so I called Ace and they did such a great job I referred them to my family as well. Thank you!

Ace is the absolute best carpet cleaning. Sharon, the owner,is so professional and responsive. They are on time and don't cost an arm and a leg to get your carpet cleaned. Customer service is a priority for Ace Carpet Cleaning.

Sharon and her staff are prompt, thorough professionals who provide excellent service. We use Ace in our home and clinic and would not use anyone else. I highly recommend Ace Carpet Cleaning Co. for all your cleaning needs!!

Extremely courteous and knowledgeable carpet cleaners! Only service I've ever worked with that moves the furniture for you, yet they were both fast and thorough. I would definitely recommend and would have no qualms about working with them again. Great experience!

Ace showed up on time, cleaned my half bath tile and grout.
It looks so amazing.
Then spot cleaned some carpet sections.
Definitely can tell.
Turned out so good.
Guys did very professional job.
Would call them back.

Ace Carpet Cleaning has cleaned my carpets for a couple of years now. They are extremely friendly and professional, and they don't stop until you are satisfied! I appreciate that the owner follows up to make sure everything turned out okay.

What was once nice new carpet a few years ago, succumbed to the abuse of 3 young children and an old weiner dog. By the time ACE was done with our carpet you would never know that 5 years worth of spilled milk and smashed oreos once called our carpets home. I cannot recommend ACE Carpet Cleaning engough.

Great experience! I called on a Thursday to see if they had time next day for small job at my parents' home. Luckily, they could accommodate the exact time-frame I needed. Scheduling was easy. The person I spoke with was refreshingly professional, friendly, understanding (and just plain normal). Cleaning team arrived on time (actually a few min early - even better for my situation), completed job efficiently and worked with me to clean a few small extra areas since I was under the minimum. Both workers were friendly, polite and courteous with my elderly parents. Will definitely call next time I need carpet cleaning. Highly recommend based on my experience. Price was great, too. ($80 + tax for min area).

This was by far the best carpet cleaning company I've used in the past 20 yrs. On time, very professional and courteous. The job they did was very thorough and completed in a timely manner, but didn't rush through it. They addressed each issue I asked them to focus on, and offered suggestions on ways to treat stains. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this company and without a doubt will use them again. I highly recommend.

Jenny Can! And Ace Carpet Cleaning are TOP NOTCH. Reasonable prices for exceptional work, it doesn’t get better than that!

Excellent follow up with scheduling and questions. Sharon and her associate showed up on time and did an excellent job in a timely manner. I highly recommend Ace Carpet Cleaning for the high quality service and follow up after the service was complete. It is also great to support a local independent business.

Legitimately the best customer I've experienced in quite some time. The man and woman from ACE were on time at my house, and were very non-disruptive with their work. They got pet stains out of my carpet that were left by the owners before me years ago that I never thought could be removed. They were very fast but very thorough They also moved my furniture free of charge, and were careful with it. After they finished, the lady gave me some good info for cleaning up pet stains in the future, I also got a call a few days later to make sure everything was good. Overall I can't say enough good things. it's not often that you're truly shocked by excellent customer service, but I definitely was. This is a small business that clearly takes great pride in and is passionate about carpet. Highly recommend you give them a call.

Ryleigh and Brian did a fantastic job cleaning my carpet and steps. They were very professional and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend ACE Carpet to anyone who wants a great job done!

Ace Carpet Cleaning came out to my house today and did an excellent job cleaning my carpets and tile floors. They were prompt, efficient, and friendly. I would recommend this family-owned business.
