I needed some repairs to my chimney and I contacted Jefferys after reading all the reviews. I was not disappointed! I called on a Thursday and Todd came out on Tuesday. He is engaging and professional. He explained everything and answered all my questions. He even took a couple minutes to explain how to fix my furnace's condensate pump (long story). He gave me a quote on the spot and said they could do the work on the following Thursday, weather permitting. I received a text the following day letting me know they could be out on Tuesday! His crew showed up and had the job done Wednesday mid day - they could only work a half day on Tuesday because it started raining. Dan and Joe were both friendly, professional and equally as informative as Todd. All had said that the work would be a little noticeable because of the chimney's age and the amount of repointing that was required. Well all I can say is that if you didn't know where they were repointing, you wouldn't notice it! They blended the mix and did the work extremely well. When it came time to pay the bill, it was exactly the amount quoted. I could not be more pleased with the service I received from start to finish! I HIGHLY recommend Jefferys for any chimney work!

Connor was prompt and friendly, showed professional work ethics, explained the procedures as he was working. Provided before and after pictures of the inspection and cleaning. Very fair price, pleased with the service, will use again for sure.

Jefferys Chimney is a family business. Connor Jefferys came on time, was thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. He inspected the chimneys and caps, cleaned the firebox and gas logs, and replaced the Rockwell insulation and sand. The price was very reasonable and we are pleased to use our beautiful fireplace now.

Quick repair to cap my chimney completed 11/10/2025. We have had several squirrels want to move in the last two years. Installation was completed in a timely and correct manner. The installer was very cordial and polite. He showed up on the date scheduled as promised.

I had loose bricks in the corner of the foundation of my sunroom They examined the job and gave me an estimate. They came on time when they said they would did excellent work, cleaned up the worksite and held to the estimated price. I would recommend using them for your masonry needs

I bought a home 3 years ago but never used my fireplace. Wanting to check for safety, etc., I called Jefferys, leaving a brief message. They texted me immediately and set up an appointment. Nick was the technician and he was promp, courteous, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He replaced my chimney cap, photographed everything so I could see the condition of the brick, etc. There was no need for a cleaning but he did advise some conditions that will need attention. I would recommend Jefferys to anyone needing their help. Good people, good prices!!
