We called this morning for a Samsung dryer not working and the lady who answered the phone was so caring and professional. She said she would try to squeeze us into today's schedule - and she did!

Kurt came out, quickly diagnosed the issue and had it repaired in a timely fashion.

I will highly recommend Mr Appliance to all my friends and family!

Showed up. Quoted me a price. He said there could be another issue though. Called his main office who said it was up to him if he wanted to do it or not. He then said he didn’t want to do it. Still charged me 100 plus tax. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Robert was awesome and very nice. He repaired my washer and explained everthing to me. Definitely recommend!!

Tom fixed our oven, which was one of a handful of times he has come to do a repair at our home over the years. He is always very dependable and efficient.

Kurt was timely, very professional, and extremely courteous! He was very prompt at replying to messages and took care to be a true professional! He came in to fix my squeaky dryer and was in and out in no time all while being nice and with a smile on his face. Thanks for being one of the good ones Kurt!

The people at Mr Appliance were very reliable, very friendly. I was kept informed of what was needed for a repair, of when the parts would arrive, and when the technicians would arrive at my house. Hopefully, I won’t need repairs soon, but I definitely would use Mr Appliance again

They had very prompt service. We had a same day appointment and Kurt was extremely professional. He showed me what was needed on my 12 year old dryer. We ordered a tuneup kit and the parts were in the next day. Kurt came out and replaced the parts and I’m up and running in 3 days. The other place we called couldn’t come out for 3 weeks. There number is now saved in my phone. Highly recommend!

From scheduling the initial appointment to completion of the repair, everything was great! Kelly’s communication throughout the process and Tom’s diagnosis and repair were excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Had Kurt come out and put a new control onto the oven. I look at it to see it is damaged. He comes back out and tells me it's the inlay around the control. He is doing this by welling and cursing at me. He said he would take the control off the show me but didn't because he new he was wrong. I pulled it off and took pictures. I fixed appliances for a living, so I already new it was the control. Mr appliance said they won't do anything and to contact my warranty company

The very experienced appliance tech (Robert?) was clearly a seasoned, knowledgeable, professional who just "knew" what was needed to fix our "finicky" refrigerator. His many years of experience (40?) shined brightly.
His young trainee (Tom?) also did a good job under that direction.
Very happy with the results from the visits from Mr. Appliance 4/2025.

My home warranty contacted someone else who cancelled my appointment 3 times so, I asked for someone local. Mr Appliance got me in within a few days and promptly got parts on order. Tom was great and was able to fix the issue and get my microwave running great again.

Technician (Robert) was very pleasant and thorough. They were quick to schedule, diagnose and completed the needed repairs in a 24hr period.

Everything was excellent! Best service from scheduling, assessment and the repair. The tech was very knowledgeable and personable. Also very particular with his work. Everything was cleaned up after. Tom is a real asset to your company.

When I called the office the lady was really nice, they send Robert to check on our problem. Robert was nice and help us to see what the problem was. Sad to said we didn't need him cause there was not a problem with our oven. But if I ever had any other situation I would call Mr Appliance
