Don't do it! $129 + tax just to tell me they couldn't do anything because they couldn't get access and I'd have to move my washer and dryer myself out of the closet. They never asked me any of those questions over the phone.

The repair technician accurately diagnosed the issue for my faulty dryer (heating element) and made recommendations to replace the dryer hose as it had become clogged and could become a potential fire hazard. The technician replaced the heating element in the dryer. The dryer stopped working a couple weeks later. I opened the dryer and discovered the red wire leading to the heating element was burned off. I suspect this was wired backwards as most images online show the blue wire in the place of the red wire. I appreciate the recommendations on fire prevention, but the real prevention should have started with proper installation of the heating element.

Very prompt and very nice to deal with. Robert did a first class job and was in and out in under an hour. Will definitely use them again!!

It was easy to schedule an appointment and the tech arrived on time. All of my concerns were addressed and resolved plus tips for maintaining the systems were given. Everything was very much appreciated. The price for the extensive repairs was quite reasonable. We will be calling them with any appliance repairs in the future. Excellent service.

I don’t write a lot of reviews. But I have to say Kelly at the office was very nice and understanding and went above & beyond to get the technician scheduled. Tom the technician is extremely knowledgeable and is an excellent diagnostician. It took several visits ( ordering parts and additional issues )but he got the job done. And was nice about it! I find very few people are nice and kind anymore. It’s a pleasant surprise when it happens these days. Thank you Tom and Kelly.

Mr. Appliance was contracted via my home warranty company, American Home Shield, & my service ticket took about 10 days from start to finish. All of my experiences were positive, except that no one answers the Canton office phone & there is a separate number that has to be called to schedule appointments that my home warranty company didn't provide me.

Tom did what he could. Replaced the door seal. Chasing cause of leaks. He tackled to most obvious. He was on time, courteous, knowledgeable.

My washer recently stopped working. I scheduled an appt for the next day. Tom diagnosed the part and ordered it. Mr Appliance has great customer service! Very prompt. When the part came in Tom was here the next day for the repair! He was very knowledgeable, friendly & professional. I wouldn't hesitate to call this company again. Great job!

Tom did excellent work on his repair visits to diagnose the problems with my Samsung refrigerator, explaining those problems so I could understand them, then proceeded in remarkably swift time to correct those problems. He was always very professional and courteous, and I would highly recommend him and Mr. Appliance to others who need appliance repairs. In addition, the cost of the services I received was significantly less than I had anticipated.

Tom was friendly and fast. He was able to get the problem solved quickly and explained everything clearly. He offered tips for avoiding future issues and options if we decide we want to replace tubing.

This appointment was a positive experience from beginning to end. The technician was friendly and helpful and did his work quickly.

Robert was the best. He explained what he was doing through the entire process. He very professional and very polite. He deserves a big raise !!! He was the best repair person I've had in the last 30 years !!

Regardless of what these other reviews say about the technician Robert, he was EXTREMELY unprofessional and fairly rude to myself and my wife when he was called out to give us an evaluation: He complained about the kind of washer it was the entire time he had been *looking* at it. I say looking because he did not even genuinely attempt to diagnose the problem. He didn't do ANYTHING you would expect an "articulate, well-spoken" professional would do. He gave an estimate of $700 to repair our washer and then told us we needed to pay by CHECK because their credit card machine was down; Robert is by far, hands down, the worst technician I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. Never use Mr. Appliance because you could get Robert and you definitely don't want that.

Tom was able to diagnose the problem and repair it in a reasonable amount of time. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He has been here for other repairs in the past. We are very satisfied with his work.

LG washer was coding with dysfunctional door latch. I use the machine almost non stop. They came the day I called, diagnosed, had the part in hand next day. Very fair price for absolutely terrific service!!!

Our technician was named Robert. He was very professional, articulate and polite. He took the time to show me and explain what the issue was with our range. Well spoken young man! Kelly the scheduler who I spoke to on the phone a few times was patient and considerate of scheduling around my availability. Friendly and went above and beyond! thank you for the great experience.:)

We do some electrical work for them. He does excellent work, a master custom builder...there's no job to small, for him and his crew. Proud of you Aron..(sp?):lol
