Let’s start by stating that we were extremely impressed with the entire job completed by DiFranco Contractors at our home! This is our first home, and when we discovered that our basement wall was bowing in, we were very apprehensive in selecting a company to handle the repair work. John and his crew went above and beyond throughout the entire process! John was very communicative which helped set us as at ease, and the way he and his crew paid attention to the minor details helped us feel confident in the work they were completing. When they left, you couldn't even tell that they were here; if anything, the side of our house where the work was done looks better than it had before their arrival. We still aren’t sure how we got so lucky in selecting DiFranco Contractors for the job! We would highly recommend them to anyone, and we will be using them again in the future.

Fantasic job removing old sandstone sidewalk and replacing with stamped concrete by DiFranco and his work crew. Appreciate their attention to detail and would highly recommend them for any concrete work that you may have.

Came late after losing power to my garbage disposal, outlets around the sink, dishwasher and outlets in my island. Found the issue quickly after ruling out a few things and was reasonably priced. Will definitely call again if needed in the future.

Dennis is a good man and he did a great job explaining everything he was doing throughout the process. He charges a fair price and he was very flexible with our schedule.

He went right to work solving the issue. Moreover, Dennis took time to listen and explain everything so she was very comfortable understanding his solution. In addition, his gentle humor dispelled any anxiety or worry. In sum, Dennis responded to my call the same day, diagnosed and fixed the situation with alacrity, accepted an add-on job at no extra charge, and epitomized respect and kindness; we will recommend him to anyone who needs any electrical work.

Dennis was phenomenal! Came to the house promptly and diagnosed the problem. Turns out we needed 3 breakers replaced. He answered all of our many questions and educated us on the source of the issue. Would definitely recommend D&C for all your electrical needs!

Dennis came to our house in the evening after 5 electricians - including the well-known local company that installed our generator and has serviced it for years - did not return calls from regular or emergency line. He was friendly, worked quickly, and priced incredibly fairly. Fixed our generator issue in 10 minutes. Will not go back to the big guys - Dennis and D&C is a wonderful tradesman who we will use again and again!

There’s something I couldn’t figure out electrically for three months and I had two friends over here and Dennis figured it out in five minutes. He’s phenomenal. Best electrician in the area by far.

Connected Electrical did a fantastic job with my electric panel upgrade. . I contacted Tyler and he basically provided me with a price to do the job. Knowing what was going to be done I felt the price was very reasonable and was inline with a published Forbes article about the pricing of 2024 electrical work. Permit, inspection, and power being disconnect /connected by AEP was included and coordinated by Connected Electrical. Greg was the electrician doing the installation and he was very good at his job. He made sure I was up to code. I really felt he went beyond my expectations in doing the job. I was really happy with the whole process. If I ever need service Connected Electrical will get my call. I highly recommend Connected Electrical, they are first class.

Moved to an older home last year and wanted to update some of the outlets. Nick came out a couple weeks ago & replaced 6 baseboard outlets. Alex came out yesterday and added new outlets behind my tvs. Both were very professional, efficient, and cleaned up everything. They were also very kind to my dogs so bonus points there. I was referred to this company and I've been very pleased. From the process, to prices, and the people, they exceed expectations. Definitely the gold standard in electric service around here. I'll continue to call Connected Electric in the future.

The electrician was polite and has great work ethics! Unfortunately, my hot tub did not have great instructions for the electrical. He waited for the business to open and get the proper fuse and electrical set up for my specific brand. He made sure that my warranty would be in tack! Awesome!

2nd great experience with the team. Customer service and employees are fantastic. Installed three outdoor lights, two flood lights and corrected another issue inside. The job was done quickly and correctly and everything was cleaned up before they left. Highly Recommend!!

The company hooked up my EV charger for half the cost of other estimates. Everything went smoothly, the electrician let me know when he was on his way, showed up on time, and was very nice, and professional. Overall, I’m thrilled with the job done and the company. Highly recommend!

Very happy with the company and the work they did. Had 8 recessed lights, 1 electrical box for a ceiling fan, and 1 new outlet. Electrician (Tyler) talked me through the scope of work, worked hard all day, and found the best solution for my situation.
