I highly recommend! My technician Logan was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Very happy with the work to repair a broken line to outside lamp post. The price was very reasonable and much lower than other estimates I got prior.

Jared was a pleasure to speak with on the phone, and Logan went out of his way to make sure the work was done correctly and quickly.

Knob and tube wiring was no issue - highly recommend these guys and will use them again for any future electrical work!

I recently had a full house rewire with panel upgrade done by Connected Electrical. From the estimate to the actual work, I could not be more impressed with the punctuality, professionalism, and quality of the work. The electricians added outlet locations and lighting to places that just made more sense than the current set up in my 1958 house. Further, a concern of mine with a 1958 house was the plaster walls being torn out leading to more work, the electricians were able to do all the work with small holes here and there, absolutely incredible. Further, they were able to take requests for add on projects (under cabinet lighting) with a very small bump in price. Marty, Tyler, Zach, and Sevon were all super easy to work with and worked hard from morning to leaving time. Now when I go on vacation I do not have to worry about my outdated electrical work causing problems! Will definitely be using them again for future electrical projects. Thanks!

I highly recommend using this company for any electrical needs. I called in and got someone right away, sent them a few pictures of the project and had a quote shortly after. The pricing was by far cheaper than others and they did a great job installing an outlet for my EV charger in my garage. They had to run wire from the panel through my finished basement and into my garage which required a few small drywall holes. However, they left the space clean and even put the pieces of drywall back into place for me to do a quick patch job and call it a day. Overall, they were friendly, on time, considerate of the space and a great price!

Connected Electrical is the best electrical contractor I have ever had the pleasure to work with - professional, fun, honest, and competitively priced! They did an absolutely fantastic job performing a 200 A service upgrade and masthead move for my family on a very cold day, working cheerfully for 8 hours. No surprise cost increases, no drama, and everything worked flawlessly after they left!

Connected's virtual estimation system allowed them to accurately quote my project without ever stepping foot on my property - a critical difference to their competition. Where competitors appear to have quoted the upgrade based on old panel to new service meter, Connected accurately assessed the quote based on new meter to new panel, which eliminated a long and costly outdoor cable run and saved us thousands over their competition!

Project management was equally amazing. At every single step of the project I felt respected and informed of all my options. Whenever I had a question, Connected returned my calls promptly and professionally. During each phase of the project, Connected took care to clearly explain and outline the processes they would follow, answering all my questions accurately and without missing a beat. I was extremely impressed at how clean the work area was left after the project was completed, and how respectful they were of my property. The technician was on time and very polite. He made sure to cover all the surfaces prior to work. He was thorough and assembled the chandeliers without issue. His work area was clean and he cleaned up afterward. I highly recommend this company for prompt and professional service.

We had our entire house recently upgraded from old knob & tube wiring. Marc and his team of experts were wonderful from start to finish. Marc provided the initial estimate, planning, and work/payment schedule, and is extremely knowledgable. Luke and Anthony were wonderful to work with as well. They worked diligently and cleaned up after each day, leaving the space spotless for us. Our project was very reasonaly priced and the work was done a day early from the estimated time of completion. The office pulls all the permits and paperwork required to get your project done as well. I had my service upgraded from 100 amp to 200 amp with a new panel installed. Connected Electrical had the lowest quote, even beating guys who were going to do the job as a side huddle.

Graig and Alex were the electricians that were sent to my house. They were on time, professional and did quality work, they answered all my questions and explained things very well.

I needed a plug to hook my generator up to the house. Connected Electric send a very qualified technician by the name Greg out . He did a fantastic job I had him add an additional outlet outside my garage . I'm very happy with all the work done I would highly reccomend them .

Was looking for someone to run electrical from my garage to my barn. Found Connected and discussed what I wanted, where I wanted the lines running, lighting and outlets, etc...They got back to me right away, had me take pics and then submitted an estimate within a couple days. Approved the estimate, came out a week later and installed everything within a day. Punctual, professional and affordable. Liked what they did and have then coming out to do some more work again. I had my 80 year old house completely rewired to remove old knob and tube and the house brought up to code. When Marc came to give me the quote he explained everything that would be required and it was an extremely competitive quote. Anthony, Tyler, Brandon and Seth did an excellent job during the 10 day process and I am extremely pleased with the results. Definitely the electricians to go with.

My technician Andrew came right on time, very knowledgeable and Friendly! Did a great job, saved his number and will use any time I need electrical work, love our ceiling fan. They had me send a few photos of work I needed done, gave me great estimate and did it all over the phone! Every other place I called wanted to charge me as much as $110 just to come out to give me estimate...uggg save yourself time and frustration and call Connected!!!

I worked with Connected Electrical to install wafers throughout our house. Brad was our technician, he was incredibly responsive and scheduled the work quickly. The crew did an amazing job with the install. We also had them remove and kill electricity to our old can lights and add a fan box to our primary bedroom. Additionally, we removed a soffit and Connected Electrical came back out on short notice to ensure there weren’t any live wires before we dry walled the area. I couldn’t be happier with the work and will absolutely use them for any future work!

Connected Electrical did a great job rewiring our house! Our house had old knob and tube/cloth wiring and we worked with Connected Electrical to rewire our whole house, add outlets, ceiling fans and upgrade the panel. They were efficient, finishing each area/room in the day they started and finished the house two days ahead of schedule. The team was very professional and friendly. They checked in both when they arrived and before they left to keep me up to date and let me know which room they'd be doing next. Overall great experience!

Great work — the team has been flexible phasing out our 1928 knob + tube home. We have had our electrical panel upgraded, a new main grounding system installed and a few rooms re-wired and prepped for fixture installations. The crew is punctual, professional, cleanly and thorough. They have been phasing out by priority + working within the means of our budget. We look forward to their continued work!

Anthony and his team of Logan, Savon, and Brandon were awesome for our knob and tube electrical rewiring. They went above and beyond. The inspector for Shaker Hts was very impressed at the work and how minimal the damage was to our house. We would highly recommend them. Can't say enough good things about them.
