Reviews of local pros in Chagrin Falls, Ohio

Jason did a great job. Took time to explain each step. He completed a tough repair for a good price.

We had Jason out to give us a quote for a few various plumbing projects at our new home. We appreciated that he was super helpful, honest and thorough. He got a quote back to us quickly and he was able to complete the work within a week! His work was clean, efficient, and detailed. He also took the time to thoroughly explain everything to us when he was done. We look forward to working with him again in the future & highly recommend him!

Jason did a great job replacing a toilet for us. His replies to my inquiries and concerns were prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. He pointed out some flaws in our plumbing and fixed what needed fixing without making it a whole ordeal. Jason was quick to schedule us and was very respectful of our home. He was in and out within just a few hours and even did an extra bidet install for us! He left us very confident in his work. We love our new toilet (can’t believe I’m publicly professing my love for a toilet?) and I highly recommend Splash Mountain for all your plumbing needs!

Jason is hands down the best!
He came out when the weather was awful and took care of my back up issue in my kitchen sink and even explained how things like this happen and how to prevent it moving forward. If I could rate higher I would!

Jason is the owner and operator. He provided quick and efficient service. He communicated via text before he arrived and communicated well during the repair process. Very professional operation. Also did a great job keeping my house clean and using protective shoes covers and covering my carpet. The care and attention to details was superb. Would highly recommend.

Jason is an experienced professional, a great communicator, and takes pride in his work. We will definitely use him again and recommend him to friends and family.

Jason installed a whole house filtration system and upgraded our grinder and sump pumps. He was very prompt in responding to our needs. His workmanship is top notch and his service is outstanding. We are very pleased with his service and the products.

Jason installed a new water filtration system in our home as we were concerned about our water’s smell and coloration. Jason was very professional and kind, and tested our water and walked us through every step of the work he was doing. Our water quality is now much better and Jason’s professionalism, knowledge, and demeanor was outstanding. We look forward to working with him the future for our plumbing needs and would recommend him highly to anyone else in need of plumbing services.

When my tankless hot water heater took a dive, Jason spoke with me on the phone to provide options. He provided a competitive quote and was quick to answer my questions. It was easy to schedule and he completed timely. Very happy with his work and professionalism.

Lots of businesses sell pipe and fittings. Very few have a sales team as good as Cleveland Plumbing. Thanks TB & BH
