I ordered some septic tank lid locks that nobody else seemed to carry. CPS had them in stock and sent them out the same day I paid for the online order. Super fast shipping and amazing communication. I was very impressed with the transaction and will certainly be ordering from them again!

I started dealing with company last year, they started off being a good company. Things went bad shortly after that. I have been in business since 1989. I don't usually do reviews but this company needs to be called out. The sales people in Chagrin Falls are some of worst people in the sales industry. If the supply chain isn't bad enough they make it worse. They will tell you products will get there in 2 days, then it takes over 2 months and then lie to you and tell you they received the product. Then you go to pick it up and its not there. The guys behind the counter at the Mentor store are great. This company put a item on my account that i didn't even receive. Iam pretty sure this is against the law. If they don't take this off of my account I will be contacting my lawyer. I will never buy another thing from Cleveland Plumbing. I hope this review will get this company to zero out my balance. Just wanted to make people aware of this company.

I needed a simple flapper for a toilet repair that I have to do every 3-5 years in my home. I went to Ace Hardware and bought the piece after consulting with an employee and showing pictures. When I went to install I quickly realized it was not the part for my toilet. I had to go back to Ace where I learned they did not carry the flapper I needed. Went to Home Depot and no luck there either but a friendly man from H.A.S. Construction also shopping told me I’d need to go to Cleveland Plumbing Supply as the part I needed and had purchased in the two previous stores for the last 15 years was no longer sold anywhere. When I arrived at Cleveland Plumbing John greeted me and was the first person that knew exactly the part I was searching for, got it and quickly rang me up and I was out the door! This is the place to go now! Thank you John!

I ordered a repair kit for an old Mansfield outdoor frost-proof faucet. (Their website is completeplumbingsource.com) I could not find the complete kit with handle, seals and vacuum breaker anywhere else in stock. I ordered it the afternoon of 5/12. Parts were delivered on 5/15. I installed it, now no more leaks and it looks brand new. Kit was well-packaged and obviously they shipped it ASAP. My one and only experience with these guys was GREAT!!

Cleveland plumbing always has my supplies. I need to fix my plumbing issues. I came in to the parts department today and noticed the area back. There was cut down by about half of Wood. It normally was. Not sure why they would do that as it seems like they would not have as much supply back there to fix all of those expensive Plumbing fixtures that they sell. Sad to see that they kind of throw it in the back as an unsightly or not to go to place. Makes me think of a car dealership with its repair department. That is way off to the side because they don’t wanna deal with the repairs. They just wanna deal with the New item sold. I would think it would make hard for the workers to work back there with such small and cramp conditions with getting their parts.

10 years ago Cleveland Plumbing supplied all of the fixtures for our newly built house and did a great job then. It’s now 10 years later and we just had a warranty issue with our sink. They were super helpful in getting it resolved. They earned a forever customer of me as a result of their integrity and true care for solving a customer issue! Couldn’t recommend Cleveland Plumbing Supply more.

I called for service this morning and Q was here this afternoon. Prompt, courteous and professional. The repair took 5 minutes. DiMarco & Assoc. were fantastic when we bought the systems a year ago and followed up with excellent service today. Thank you for being someone we can depend on.

There isn’t anything that we don’t like about DiMarco and Associates. They are very knowledgeable, professional and honest. To me, that means everything. It’s hard to know who to trust when you don’t know how to fix the problem, however, we have complete faith in Ben DiMarco and his team of experts!
We highly recommended them to our friends and family!

The young man who came to our house was concerned, professional and respectful. We have a heat pump and he found a leak quickly. My husband became nervous when it took awhile to get moisture out of the pipes and he needed to return the next day. He was concerned about a possible increase in cost. The problem was resolved quickly. We are now enjoying a cool comfortable house.

The blower on my furnace went this past weekend. I called DiMarco and they had me back up and running in no time. They responded right away and were very professional and courteous. I was worried I may not have heat for days, but they made sure that wasn't the case.

Trying to advocate for the repair of my father's furnace from water damage while living four states away during a pandemic was no easy feat.
I got estimates from five different HVAC companies and while all had friendly customer service, only DiMarco met our expectations.
They saved my father thousands of dollars because they recognized his brand new furnace could easily be repaired. All other companies insisted replacement was necessary even though we knew the 3 month old unit had only experienced minimal water damage. DiMarco was also up to the difficult task of raising the unit, to avoid future water damage. Thanks so much to the entire team who came out and made that happen in less than 1 day's time!

Our AC died on the hottest day of summer. DiMarco had someone at my house shortly after I called them. My AC had a non standard part (it was an old unit) and they had it in inventory. Also (and I loved this) even though my unit was older and the repair wasn’t trivial, I didn’t feel a high pressure pitch to just replace everything. I feel like so many vendors do that, but I that’s why I trust the DiMarcos more.
