Really the pinnacle of service and knowledge. We had them out to repair an issue we ad with wiring in our hvac system. The technician Kevin was on time, incredibly professional and fixed what needed to be fixed. We were so impressed we have even set up a service contract with them.

The entire DiMarco Team from having them come out for the initial consultation, scheduling the work, the work being done on time as promised, the follow up and then working through a couple of issues outside the initial scope of work the entire experience was great!

Great job - very professional and detailed. Ben and his team installed a new HVAC system for us. Though more expensive than originally planned for, he was able to get us qualified for an interest free loan via Wells Fargo. We also upgraded the quality of our AC and a 96% efficient furnace. AC is great (with wifi thermostat) and two cycle furnace.

Our propane furnace refused to light when that night's temperatures were predicted in the teens. Kevin arrived within an hour and and quickly got us back in business. He was pleasant, professional, and knew exactly how to troubleshoot and correct the issue. We will definitely be using DiMarco in the future.

To hold us over until the actual AC installation could be completed, two workers dropped off portable window units to our house. When they arrived, they "installed" the units in our upstairs and downstairs windows (plugged them in and placed them in the window.) The employees mixed up which window unit needed a bucket for drainage and which one didn't. As such, a large quantity of water dripped out of the unit all night, into our newly refurbished floors and through the living room ceiling. They came to take pictures of the damage, apologized for it, and said it was because the workers were new to the company. After that, we went through our insurance company to try and figure out how to pay for the thousands of dollars in repairs. DiMarco claimed that they didn't install the units and therefore weren't responsible. This was a blatant LIE. We wish we'd just stayed on the waiting list for the other company we had considered. The actual finished AC works well, but it wasn't worth the hassle and the lying. We just got the insurance check months later, and they still haven't taken responsibility.

From beginning to end of new HVAC install, everyone at DiMarco was a pleasure to work with. Ben explained what was needed and then delivered. His work crews were diligent in doing a good job. Did not feel like they rushed to "get to the next job". There have been a few "tweeks" needed since install and they have followed up. We are very pleased we went with DiMarco.

I am pleased with the services provided by DiMarco & Associates. We have had our furnace and air conditioning units replaced by them in the last 2 years as well as our annual servicing. They are thorough, the technicians are knowledgeable and I believe they have fair pricing. I would definitely recommend DiMarco & Associates.

My home had radiant heat panels in the ceiling without any ductwork. DiMarco and associates did a wonderful job running ductwork through an already completed home. They were very responsive and willing to address any issues I might have had. I would recommend them to anybody. Great job!!

We’ve lived in the Chagrin Falls area for just over a year now and have had our fair share of misleading and subpar contractors. That was not the case with the team at DiMarco. Gerald (sales rep) was the only person out who didn’t try to oversell us something we didn’t need. The owner (Ben) called me at 7:30 pm to discuss a quote while covering for his sales team. No other company around offers that level of customer service coupled with a very professional and courteous installation team. They gave us an overview of what they’d be doing and a full run through when the job was completed. Don’t even look at other HVAC outfits, just give DiMarco a call. You won’t be disappointed!

We have an older garage heater that hasn’t been in use for some time. Our tech, Myron, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was able to resurrect this old beast of a heater and now our garage is ready for winter!

Dimarco & Associates did a wonderful, professional service.
Sam was the rookie technician and Henry the senior tech mentoring Sam through a Combustion tune up, CO safety check and Furnace operation.
They recommended replacing the blower wheel to improve system airflow, barometric damper to improve performance and safety of the Hot water heater, etc.
They will upgrade the duct system for improved airflow and safety as well.
It is great to see a company utilizing senior technician passing his knowledge on to the next generation.
DiMarco trains their people in airflow performance, combustion performance and protocol and accessories for measuring and adjusting Carbon Monoxide for safety.
I highly recommend their professionalism and expertise.

Paula in the office was wonderful as was Jacques Waite, our service tech. He did a great job and was friendly, personable and professional. It felt like a friend coming over. I highly recommend DiMarco & Associates and specifically Q; his work is fantastic. It's important to note that this is the only HVAC company we've used that actually didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. They are great.

DiMarco and Associates are a professional HVAC company that keeps their word. They were here when they said they would be, were extremely customer friendly, always checking in each day to see if the start time would interfere with our daily plans, organized and so polite. Very impressed with the clean up they did from the job - nothing as homeowners for dispose of and much appreciated. Here a few times to collect the old system so it did not clutter the garage or driveway. Willing to provide space heaters for home heating until the furnace was installed but Mother Nature cooperated. Began on the promised start date and kept us apprised of the job status. Payment arrangements were easily arranged. Never once felt like we were just "another customer" Their professionalism, courtesy, honesty and work quality were far more than our expectations. Would and will always use this fine company. Thank you to all that made for such a positive and "warming" experience. :)

As a business owner myself, I have been using this company for about two years now. Not only do they work on my home HVAC system but they also maintain an installed my business HVAC system. There are not many companies I would honestly say this about, but these guys are not only honest but they’re very knowledgeable and their workmanship Is incredibly professional. They were upfront about a couple installation errors that were very minor, but needed addressed. I highly recommend them if you want the job done right.

The hydronic baseboard heater in my apartment was unusually noisy, so Ken came by to inspect it. He was courteous, professional, and very thorough - he was able to trace the problem all the way to the building's boiler room. If I ever need HVAC repair in the future, Ken will be the first one I call!
