Spent a night with no heat because of a WiFi thermometer upgrade and needed a fix fast! Called Auburn and a very helpful woman by the name of Victoria answered the phone! It was comforting to be able to talk to a real person. My technician, Ryan came on time, was thoughtful, respectful and clearly understood (in a very short amount of time) what the issues were. He made sure to test everything out before he left, and it was a very good experience, despite how it all started. Thank you, Auburn Heating, Ryan and Victoria!

We woke up this morning with no heat and my 92 yo father was arriving for a week long visit. Our usual company was not available and the company they referred us to couldn’t come until the evening hours. A friend recommended Auburn, so I called and they had Logan here by noon! Logan was the best!!! So incredibly knowledgeable, kind and thorough. He was here for close to 4 hours doing everything he could on our 32 yo furnace to make sure we got our heat back on. He’s my hero! The whole experience was top notch!

Professional, prompt, reasonably priced and outstanding. Woke up in the middle of the night last night (Sat night) and my house was freezing. I called the 24 hour number, talked to an actual person and then Brian Miller showed up at my house first thing this morning (on a Sunday). Brian diagnosed the problem within minutes (flame sensor) and then did a bunch of other stuff to clean up the unit that was above and beyond. Dude was outstanding and I was super impressed with both Brian and Auburn. Will be signing up for their Annual Inspection Program going forward for sure.

Joel was amazing! I had questions regarding cold and hot spots throughout the house that I’ve be trying to figure out for years! He helped me label vents. Extremely knowledgeable and personable! Before he left, the coldest room in the house had warmed up and the warmest home cooled down!!

Brian,, our technician was super knowledgeable and very professional, identified a few issues that were overlooked for years by our previous service provider scheduled necessary follow up appointment. Additionally, fee schedule for service was substantially less than our previous contract contractor. Highly recommend this contractor

Brian Miller was very professional and thoughtful. He documented the entire system in the house and discussed areas for improvement but did not sell us hard. Overall a positive experience.
Update: On Brian's advice, we had our furnace re-installed to correct for previous work by another company. Wow, what a difference that made. Instantly improved performance, by a lot! Very nice work by the whole Auburn team.

Greg was quick, efficient and thorough! He had a look at our heating system and unfortunately we need a new one but he offered estimates to patch repairs as best possible if necessary!

Greg B not only fixed my issues, he explained what was going on the whole time. When reviewing options after he diagnosed the problem he looked out for my best interest and I didn't feel like I was being just taken to the bank. I really appreciated the honesty and transparency.

Brian was everything I could have asked for and more. Showed up on a Saturday within 1 hour of calling and instantly fixed my furnace wiring and fuse issues, doing only what was needed, no pushy upsells. Found an old perfectly good filter on top of the furnace and replaced that on the way out along with fixing my garage radiant heater! Big win today after what started as a freezing house.

I had a great experience with Joel Lagani from Auburn Heating during my recent furnace tune-up. He showed up right on time and was extremely professional throughout the entire visit. Joel kept me informed every step of the way, explaining what he was checking and why. I really appreciated that he took detailed pictures of all the work he was doing and shared them with me, very transparent and reassuring.

After completing the tune-up, Joel performed a thorough round of testing to make sure everything was working perfectly. He patiently answered all my questions, spoke clearly and professionally, and was very respectful and easy to talk to.

I’ve been using Auburn Heating for both furnace and air conditioning tune-ups for a year now and they consistently provide excellent service with knowledgeable technicians. Joel is a great example of that quality. I will continue to hire Auburn Heating for all my HVAC needs. Highly recommended!
