We had a great experience with Jared installing a big dog grooming tub in our basement. I was so impressed with the quality of work and how well everything was communicated. Price was great, scheduling was easy and prompt! So happy, thank you!!

Our water heater displayed an error code with an audible alarm. We reset and called Auburn Heating to correct since it was purchased through them and an error code C-F was displayed and no longer heated water. The service tech came the next day and told us we needed a new water heater because it was sixteen years old. I asked if it was possible to fix our water heater and he agreed to call the manufacturer’s service department. The factor service representative responded after a 15 minute wait but was able to walk through the reset process and fix the problem.

I was very disappointed in the Auburn Hearing Service technician and his lack of knowledge with our hybrid water heater. I attach a picture showing the heat pump on top of a conventional water heater. He basically told us he didn’t know about the unit and we should buy a new water heater. Only after explaining how the water heater works did he agree to call the manufacturer.

Next time we have a problem I do not plan to call Auburn Heating but call the manufacturer my self.

A top-notch company got us out of a jam in the dead of winter by picking up the slack of another company that left us hanging. Tim Metzko went above and beyond to help us. He took extra time to show/tell/explain, source what we needed instead of trying to sell something we didn’t, set up the order for the right unit and get it all ordered, and when there was a delay at the warehouse, he went out of his way to find extra heaters for us until it arrived. We had been without heat for 12 days due to the storm that slammed the country, and he was always looking for a solution to get us through it. I’ve never experienced that kind of care, concern, and follow-through from any other company… actually, an individual such as Tim, and I hope Auburn Heating knows how LUCKY they are to have Tim Metzko on their team. On the day of installation, Clay and Rudy were the worker bees who cranked out the entire job in about 7 hours. Knowledgeable, professional, thorough, personable, and respectful of our home. They ripped out the old (both furnace and AC units), reinstalled new, cleaned up after, and hauled all the trash away. It was quite a job and we were very impressed with their confidence as we didn’t have to question a thing. We went to bed knowing we were going to be OK, that the work was done right by a solid company, and there’s peace of mind moving forward. THANK YOU! 10 stars, highly recommend!

I needed to replace my electric heat pump and electric furnace. After reading Consumer Reports about electric, gas, heat pump, and AC equipment, I learned that gas furnaces with an AC unit have a lower breakdown rate than heat pumps. Also, the air temperature from a gas furnace is significantly warmer than electric furnace air. I also learned that the American Standard gas furnace and AC unit combo had the lowest combined breakdown rate of the models tested. Since my home does not have natural gas, I decided to have a propane tank installed. I chose Stankus Heating and Cooling and that was a good choice. The assessment by Jack Stankus and the installation by Ray and crew went very smooth. Everybody was knowledgeable, professional, and not afraid to listen to my concerns. They worked very well with JP Gas out of Huntsburg on the new gas line. I opted for the Nexia 824 wifi thermostat enabling me to control the system from my phone. I highly recommend these guys. They did an outstanding job. By the way, go to the Chardon Library and the friendly staff will show you how to access Consumer Reports for free.

The installers, Duwayne and Brandon, are knowledgeable, courteous, timely, and very capable at their job. They did a fantastic job installing our AC/heat pump unit. I highly recommend Stankus Heating & Cooling.

Great service. Showed up on time, professional, helpful. We moved into a house with a boiler and the tech took the time to educate how the system works. He cleaned everything up and we are hopefully all set for our first winter here.
