Had an appointment with a window from 12pm to 5pm. Took half day of vacation from work and they never showed up. Didn’t call or text, I called them the next day to possibly set up another appointment because I understand that things happen. Left a message and never received a response. Not very professional and I won’t be attempting to use them again.

Fast and Efficient! Carlos called that he was en route within the scheduled time frame, quickly diagnosed the problem of the broken spring within door, replaced it, asked if we had any other questions or issues, and was on his way.

Recently had service completed by Smart Appliance Repair. They were great! Took a few trips to find the issue but the technician for each visit was helpful and responsive.

They refused to take the oven out to place a part in the motherboard because they were heavy and the technician said he weighed 125 lbs. So they wanted me to hire a contractor to take them out for $150, leave them on the floor (I have young kids and this made me nervous), and then hire contractor out for another $150 to put them back in another day and then they would come again again later to finish the repair to see if it worked. You should not be in the appliance repair business if you are unable to handle removing the appliance. It has been over a month and my oven is not fixed so I am going with another company that is capable of doing the work.
