Everything about this company has been good for me! The receptionist was kind and upfront about costs. The service fee is waived, if you move forward with the service. The best thing was the service itself! Raymond was so polite and after a 30 second assessment, he knew exactly what the problem was!
Not only did he get rid of all the ice built up from the leak, but vacuumed all the dust that was built up around the refrigerator. I will call them from now on!
He also took pictures of all the problem areas, to show me, then explained the issue! -
Kent was amazing! He was kind, thorough, and didn't stop until he had fixed our fridge. I am so thankful I called them instead of thinking I just needed to buy a new one.

My main goal for this review is to specifically call out my technician Jeff Colvin for not only fixing our washing machine, but also being an absolute wonderful person, kind, friendly, patient, respectful and service minded. Jeff has a tremendous amount of integrity that isn’t found as much these days. Mr. Appliance employs phenomenal people who happen to fix appliances for a living, and that’s as big of a Blessing as we can ever ask for. Very happy with the service, the warranty and the speed with which our washing machine was fixed. Also Karen in customer service is a true gem! It’s clear Mr. Appliance in Cincinnati is a cut above the rest! Thank you!!!

Let me tell you a joke.... A guy walks into a condo who works for a company that repairs appliances....
So here's the background, the dial on my stove is broke, It was broke in the on position so it's been unplugged.... I called the company, told them what was wrong... told them that the dial needed replaced... They asked for a model number and pictures so I sent them and I stressed to them that I needed this fixed as soon as possible. They told me that there is a diagnosis fee of $129 and I told them there was no need to diagnose it because it's the dial that's broken and I sent pictures.
So back to the joke - a guy walks into a condo who should have known the problem with the appliance and who should have had the part with him.... It's not this guy's fault..... Showed him the stove and he sees the broken part and tells me he doesn't have parts with him, he says he could return on a different day with these parts. He proceeds to tell me that the job will cost $268 to do a 2 minute job and that includes $129 for diagnosis fee... yet there is no diagnosis being done. I quickly cut ties with this company and I will go with a more honest company to fix my stove even though I'll be without it for probably another week but I'd rather do that than pay for a diagnosis fee when there was no diagnosis to be done.
after cutting ties with his company I googled the part from GE it is $26 plus $11 shipping. I understand how companies work they mark up parts so we'll call it a $50 part and then they want $218 to remove six screws unplug the old part and plug in the new one and put the six screws back in. After watching a YouTube video the whole job takes less than 5 minutes...
After cutting ties with this company I received an email from them trying to charge me a total of $428.29. so either they want to keep poking a bear or there's confusion as to them thinking the job got done and if that's the fact I could have bought a new stove for approximately $800 but I think they're just trying to poke a bear.
Edit: The bill sent to me was in fact a mistake The billing department thought that the job had been completed.... But with that in mind 428.29 to replace one dial is highway robbery! -
Great service! Arrived during the scheduled window and completed repair efficiently. Very happy with the service. Jim was great.

Almost an hour late. Need two items replaced and was quoted $663.00 after paying the $139 service fee. I could buy a new dishwasher for that much money or get the parts and have my son replace them. After he left I found out he didn’t put it back together. There were two panels and three screws left on the kitchen floor. This is ridiculous. I definitely wasted my time and money.

The electronic board went out in our stove. Raymond fixed it. He was very friendly and did a fine job discovering the problem and installing a new board. We appreciate him and if we ever have to have service again we hope he is available. Even our piybull loved him.

This was my first time using Mr. Appliance, but I will definitely be using their services again the next time I need a repair. My technician Jeff was courteous and quick. He knew right away what the problem was and had the part in his truck to get the repair done. I believe he was in and out in about 30 minutes

After encountering problems with our ice maker, we did thorough research on appliance repair companies. Mr Appliance was highly rated and lived up to all of the positive reviews. Hopefully, we won't need their help soon, but we would definitely choose them for future repairs.

After buying and living in our house for several months, we realized several appliances weren't working correctly. I was impressed by the online reviews for Mr. Appliance and gave them a call. Kent arrived and listened carefully to my descriptions of the problems and looked up the model numbers. He had a good idea what each problem could be and tested the suspect parts--his diagnosis was correct. After checking that replacement parts could arrive in a couple days, he scheduled his return trip before he left. It was difficult to get the double oven away from the wall as well as get to a refrigerator fan, but he had all the right tools, and he fixed everything in 1 visit. He kept his sense of humor and was friendly and professional. With all his experience, he knows his appliance repair work extremely well! I will call again when I have problems. Thanks, Kent!
