Travis was repairing my, water dispenser on my side by side refrigerator. He was on time, very polite an knowledgeable. I would recommend him.

Bobby was professional, informative and punctual. My washer is still working great two weeks after the completion.

A great experience! I highly recommend them. We had Carlos and he came to look at our stove/range problem and he figured out the problem very quickly and told us what we needed to do next. We then asked him about two other appliances that had some issues and he immediately figured out the problem(s) which were common areas that could be easily troubleshooted. Overall, it was a great productive experience and we will definitely be using this company again for future appliance repairs and estimates. Thank you!

Great service. Javon did a great job for us . Very knowledgeable our washer was up and running once he came. He is also very respectful and friendly. Totally recommend his service.

They do not stand behind their work!
They “repaired” my oven 31 days ago. I am now having the same issue where it will not shut off.
The warranty was only good for 30 days even though day 30 was a Sunday.

If you roll the dice on their work be sure to double check your results!!!

We had a freezer door replaced since the original was dented before delivery. Bobby from Smart Appliance was here on time (early actually) and had the job done in 20 minutes. Highly recommended.

Jay the technician was very polite and friendly. He was very knowledgeable and was able to replace the broken fan in our LG refrigerator in a rather short amount of time. He showed me how to clean out the coils as well and was very patient. I would recommend this tech and Smart Appliance Repair in the future.

We purchased this LG refrigerator, brand new, from Big Sandy's 3 years ago and knowing how appliances are being built these days, we purchased the extended warranty. The compressor went out and after waiting 19 days without our refrigerator, a repair technician from Big Sandy finally came to repair the refrigerator. The long of the story is that something else was wrong but wasn't even acknowledged or touched!! THANK GOODNESS for SMART APPLIANCE REPAIR!! Big Sandy sent this company to fix the problem. Carlos, Bobby and Blake were able to completely replace a lot of components to the refrigerator! Smart Appliance Repair is a GREAT company!! Very impressed with Bobby. Came a little earlier than expected but I was glad he did. Got right to work. Checked the fan and coils and took notes on what parts to bring back if it happens again. Very satisfied.

Had a great experience with Carlos of Smart Appliance Repair. We thought we might need to replace the thermostat on our commercial refrigerator. Carlos found the drainage hose was clogged and the frig was frozen up as a result. Carlos cleared the hose and suggested we give it time to defrost overnight. He was confident that once it was defrosted the frig would operate properly and promised to come back if this was not the case. Carlos was right! Once it finished defrosted, the refrigerator began working beautifully. Great service, great result.

Bobby was on time and super helpful. He possesses knowledge on all appliances old and new in a home. I bothered him with questions during our repair appt for an appliance purchase I was wanting to make soon and he was there for our dishwasher. FYI Dishwasher still working great and loving my new washer and dryer set . Thanks Bobby!

Absolutely wonderful! The first person I worked with on the phone was prompt and kind. The tech that came out (twice) was speedy and informative! He was able to listen, plan and solve our dishwasher issues. I was so happy with the service!
