Carlos was wonderful! Very professional, personable, and efficient in his work. He provided an explanation of the failure as well as recommendations of how we can prevent the issue going forward. Will absolute use Smart again and will request Carlos should we ever need it!

Carlos did a great job of diagnosing and repairing our one year old Electrolux dryer. He knew what the problem was just by listening to the noise it was making, ordered the parts, and returned to fix it. Great job!

Chuck and his partner did a great job to rejuvenate our 9 year old wall ovens. We really did not want to buy new expensive replacements and they got us back up and running!

He came on time, looked at it and told me to get a new one, all in 30 minutes which is not what I waited to hear but he wore a mask the whole time and had a problem looking me in the face . At one time I had to tell him that I couldn’t hear him with the mask on. He may have worked for you but every experience is different and I will not use him again. Sorry 😟

The repair person arrived on time and knew right away what was wrong with the ice maker. He had to order the part and fixed the ice maker the next day. I would call Mr. Appliance again for any repairs.

I have been using Mr.Appliance since I got my refurbished refrigerator 2 years ago. I have had them out 3 times. Same gentleman all 3 times. Great guy and very knowledgeable. Price is great too! I know most likely my freezer drain will be clogged again at some point in the future. I'm sure I will call again in a couple of years. Lol great service. I do recommend! :)

Rusty was great- we very much appreciated him coming back so quickly to replace the new heating element today. Exceptional and quick service, PLUS, he answered all of our 5 year old grandson's questions while doing the repair!

I have limited experience with this company so far but it has been very positive. The schedulers were extremely helpful and took care to get details of my situation, and the washing machine tech, Jim, did a fantastic job with his work and also his explanations. Because of that, I also contacted them for a second repair on a different appliance. This company has been around for a while and they take care to maintain their excellent reputation.
