I don't usually write reviews, the service I received however definitely deserves to be recognized. I was having trouble with two of my fryers not heating. Victor was the tech that was sent to fix this issue. He took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on and the next steps that would be needed. He even helped explain it in layman's terms as I'm not familiar with the inner workings of pumps and heating elements. Victor was extremely professional and efficient. I definitely recommend this company!

Owen has such good spirits coming into the school. He got right on the job and got things done . I really appreciate him. Keep up the good work in Tech 24 Owen you'll be great for this company.

Wing was amazing. He stay as long as he needed to get the job done. We had two major fixes at our store and he made sure it got done correct, even going out of his way to get the parts needed to fix the things from local stores. If we need Tech 24 again I hope they send him. Thanks
