TJ Appliances was hired to repair my appliance by Cinch Home Warranty Service. On the first visit, he inspected my stove for three minutes visually and left. According to Cinch, he told Cinch Home Warranty that the stove was fine. The stove continued to malfunction. Naturally, I complained and had Cinch send...yes...the same technician back to the house. The gent asked me to turn the stove on for a short period of time prior to the afternoon appointment. I complied, and the stove remained hot even with the power off for several hours. The technician reinspected the stove and admitted that the stove was defective, and "he didn't know what the problem was...." He refused to pick up the phone when CINCH called for a formal report. He vanished. He billed CINCH for the two service calls but refused to upload a report. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. DISHONEST!

He was sent to us through Lowe's warranty dept. he said he had to order a part. I tried to contact him to see when he would be back out and had no response. Lowe's finally got a hold of him and he said he doesn't work on our type of fridge which was never relayed to us. So we are at 2 weeks with no fridge or freezer and now have to wait even longer to get someone else out here. I will never use or recommend this company to anyone.

Very unprofessional. Was sent out to look at my Samsung range where some elements weren't heating, through Lowes warranty. Came out and looked for 3 minutes, taking off the knobs and then left, said he had to look into ordering parts. After leaving, I noticed that one of the knobs was loose and turns out it was broken, and so now there is another burner that I cannot use. No follow-up so a week later I call, and he says they are custom parts so 7-10 days and not sure when the parts will be in. I informed him about the broken knob and he says he didn't do it. It was not broken before he got there, he pulled off knobs, and now it is broken. So now I have to pay out of pocket to fix this. He said I should call Lowes and request a new technician. I surely did. Rude. Unprofessional. Does not follow-up. I would give 0 stars if possible.

Opened claim with him with Lowe's protection plan at the end of december, he called me and told me he was going to call asurion and call me back. Never did. I called him a few days later and he said he was working on it. Never got back with me never completed the ticket. Weeks without a washing machine later ... I had to contact asurion to get him pulled off the ticket and find another repair company. Not organized and not professional.

This company was contracted thru Cinch Home Warranty to make a repair on my dishwasher. They never called to confirm the appointment. When I called to confirm, the guy who answered started off being rude and said that the appointment was being rescheduled. I told him that I couldn't reschedule as I had already taken a day off work to wait around for them. His response was to call the warranty company. No consideration for the fact that they dropped the ball. I feel like I probably dodged a bullet with this horrible company, and recommended finding anyone else other than TJ Appliance for your repair needs.

Another Lowe's customer getting screwed over here. This guy might not be able to call a customer back or finish a job, but he sure has an established modus operandi: he shows up, looks at the appliance for 5 minutes, then leaves without a word. When you finally get hold of him on the phone, he claims he had to "order parts," parts that were then supposedly delivered in the midst of an arctic blast and snowstorm that closed down the Midwest and South. He was hours late on the first day he deigned to show up (when he left after 5 min.); he is also now hours late with the mysterious parts—even though we were his first appointment slot of the day. We've escalated this through Lowe's and will update as needed.

Just beware of service fee! Do homework first and make sure its fixable. Otherwise you will be out of money that could have went towards new appliances. $100+ Not saying they are not good but just beware if you are on a budget.

Quick response and great service at a very reasonable cost! This is the second time we have used A-1 Appliance Service and they will continue to be our "go to" for appliance repair. Thank you!

Diagnosed and repaired a broken belt on my dryer in under an hour. Even cleaned out the lint build-up inside. Tad was friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Tad came out to fix my broken washer, he was extremely helpful. Helped me get it working while spending the least amount of money, and responded with more helpful advice after the job had been completed. Would happily recommend them to anyone, and especially appreciate Tad, he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.

A-1 did an excellent job at identifying a potentially dangerous situation with our dishwasher (it was mis-wired by another technician / company) and helping to fix the issue. Great service.

We had our dryer vent checked and cleaned by A-1 Appliance Service Co., and the service was excellent, from scheduling it to the work provided by the technician.

A-1 Appliance gives timely service calls and have professional and efficient service people working for them. I call on them when I need help with any Appliance issues.

The scheduler was able to quickly get us scheduled. Technicians was knowledgeable and able to order part and return to fix our fridge. Highly recommend.

A1Appliance was the ultimate in great service for our dishwasher repair. Bosch dishwasher was just out of warranty and Tracy encouraged calling them to see if they would cover the repair anyway and they did. Corey called ahead, arrived on time, and efficiently made the repair. He explained everything and shared additional helpful info about the appliance. He swept up after finishing. Excellent experience from start to finish, thank you so much!
