Add technician Michael I believe his name was come and diagnose my refrigerator which had stopped working a day prior fearing the worst that it was the compressor. It was and the technician and I spoke about options of repair versus buying. And I appreciate that with the cost of the repair that it was recommended that I would be better off purchasing new. I appreciate the time that was spent in discussion with me and the honesty and efficiency of this technician. If I need any appliance repairs in the future I will definitely look to A1 Appliance Service! Was very happy with the ease of scheduling an appointment and extremely impressed that I was given a time of a 2-hour window between 11:15 and 1:15 and the technician arrived right at 11:15. Again can't say enough about the all-around Pleasant and efficient service that I received

Our service technician had to come back a second time because the issue we had was greater than he anticipated on his first visit. Nevertheless, with 2 additional parts in his hand, he returned to completely fix our front-load washing machine, now up and running. We are very grateful for the service they provided to us. And yes, highly recommend them for future needs. I have already added them to my contacts list.They will be the first ones that I call in the future! 10+ service from beginning to end.

I gave A1 a call after another large appliance repair company called to cancel my appointment the day they were supposed to come out. The lady I spoke with with super kind and professional, and quickly got my appointment booked without hassle.

Gerry came today and fixed my issue. Come to find out, it was something super simple that neither our home inspector or Roto Rooter noticed. From the time he got to my house, until he left, he engaged in conversation with me, showed me what was wrong, taught me a few tricks for the future, and even took a moment to show our dogs some love! 100 out of 10 would have him back again!

The repair man that come to work on our over put on show covers and used a work blanket which you don't see much these days. When it came to the repair he was very informative, he gave us a price to re replace the fan motor but said he didn't think it was necessary to due at this time.
I would recommend using A-1 Appliance Service Co.

Dude. Tad is the man. Unfortunately for us, Tad has been out to see us for a couple of different issues. But each time, he shows up with a smile and an educated answer and a fix. I thought our washing machine was going to finally stump Tad, but the dude texted me AFTER hours on a freaking Friday night to tell me he had an answer for me and would follow up on Monday morning. Monday came, and Tad was on the phone with an answer. He is the best. I hope he doesn't have to come back anytime soon, but if I need help, Tad and A-1 will be the only one I call. Keep up the outstanding work & thank you!

Tad was fantastic! Super communicative, very professional and fast! Even waited for me to clean certain pieces before reinstalling on our refrigerator. This is our second time using A1, and each time we’ve been very happy with their work!

My service provider had to review the codes on the replacement part to determine what two wires needed to be changed since the manufacturer restructured the design. His analytical skills showed he knew what had to be done to get the burner to work. An excellent talented employee.

The burner on my oven was defective. It was a brand-new oven as well. The technician showed up and by the brand of the oven, diagnosed it quickly. Because the part needed to be ordered through the manufacturer, it took some time, which was more than fine. He returned and installed the burner a few days later. Oven works great. I wish that I could remember his name, but he did a great job. I was amazed that his insight pinpointed the problem right away and was solved without any problems.

I was able to get a same-day appointment with A-1 to service our washing machine. Communications with office and technician prior to arrival were prompt and professional. Corey showed up on time and immediately put on booties, and laid out floor and top-of-dryer protection mats. We did need to replace a major part, but he had it in his truck so the repair was completed within an hour. I'll definitely use them the next time I need appliance repair.

Don't look elsewhere...A-1 goes above and beyond to help you. I had an emergency with my washing machine with water leaking everywhere. A-1 went out of their way to get a technician to my home, who arrived in less than an hour!!! The technician was knowledgeable, efficient, and very kind. Problem fixed quickly. Great value.

Scheduling with A-1 was easy and they were clear about charges so there were no surprises. Our technician, Dave Sturgill was pleasant, efficient and diagnosed and wrapped up our repairs effectively and made sure that the repair area was clean and put back together. I would highly recommend.

Only a very qualified and experienced technician could have fixed this so quickly! The cost of a service call was certainly a lot more favorable than learning a complete replacement would be necessary.
Second experience with Trevor coming out to remedy an issue with an appliance, and both times it was service above and beyond!!

This time of year, we are all super busy, but I’m so pleased that I contacted A 1 Appliance and set up a dryer vent cleaning. Dean arrived as scheduled and was very pleasant knowledgeable and thorough. Dean methodically evaluated our dryer vent with a camera then showed us how clogged our vent was on his iPad. It was disgusting and clearly a fire danger. The next step was to painstakingly remove all the lint and debris from our vent. We were amazed at all the lint that almost filled a garbage bag
I asked to be on the schedule for an annual cleaning now that we have seen the advantage of having a professional like Dean perform a professional drive vent cleaning With all the latest equipment

No onen Is perfect except god and Jesus so I'll give him a 3 he did what he could bring as he didn't have a tool he needed to perform the test necessary to determine if the heat exchanger was truly cracked or not

No text no call not doing what they say and sears cancel again. There are people at the house both days. Back yard if not front. No texts received Think bots screw up everything and can’t get a human. Last 2 numbers of phone 31 but betting sears has wrong.

The technician was on time. He explained everything that was taking place with my AC. I felt at ease with his work and confident that he would solve the problem.

He was on time, replaced the parts in a timely manner. Polite and professional. He even took the time to give me tips on all my kitchen appliances. I feel he went above and beyond.
