We hired Stonewell Cleaning LLC for commercial cleaning, and they exceeded our expectations. They were punctual, thorough, and respectful of our space. Everything was cleaned to a high standard, and communication was easy throughout. We’re very happy with their service.

Mar's and Mel's been cleaning my house for one year and been doing and excellent job. Very satisfied with them both and would highly recommend them.

Unprofessional. Was over hour plus late each day. Said she was bringing 3 people at a total of $120 per hour, showed up with 2 and didn't/ wouldn't change the rate. Defies logic when you charge by the hour to be short labor. The work would have been completed 30% faster. Needless to say I was excessively overcharge and taken advantage of despite working with them in the past.

I've been using eco pure for apartment/carpet cleaning for several years. Their professionalism and results are second to none. I frequently have them attend to properties where no staff member is on site, so good communication to where vendors show up promptly or can follow special instructions to get keys is a must for us and Ecopure always makes what can be a headache a piece of cake through their reliability. Their billing is always clear, prices reasonable, and results exceed what I see with other cleaners.

I'd heavily recommend them to any home owner or property owners seeking cleaning or carpet cleaning services.

Did a thorough job cleaning. The townhome looked fantastic for our new tenants. They did an exceptional job on the carpet. I wasn't even sure the carpet could be saved, but it looked fantastic after their service.

Very disappointing experience. EcoPure was recommended to measure mold and provide a report based on mold tests for a specific room that had flooded, causing issues in a condo. The final report arrived 5 days after promised deadline and only after a phone call asking for the report. Additionally, the report discussed minor details like window caulking, cat water spilled on carpet and furnace intake with NO mention or testing of the flooded room, for which EcoPure was hired. I received the bill, before I received my report.

Very efficient. I have 2 dogs with lots of hair and was extremely satisfied with the results. I would highly recommend to everyone. I appreciate Rodney Blackburn's expertise in explaining the process for optimal results.

My maid service does a terrific job. Gracie cleans monthly for us. She is very efficient and has a great personality. We also have had a deep spring cleaning with My Maid and they are awesome. I'd recommend their services completely.

I can not say enough good things about this service. I recently hired them to clean my mother's house as she is 96 and can not do it herself. After scheduling and agreeing to what I believe was a very fair price, they showed up on time and began to work right away. As they were cleaning I went to the pharmacy to pick up my mother's prescriptions and when I returned it was like a brand new house. Of course I was skeptical, this being my first time hiring a cleaning service, so I began to go over their work. After I thorough examination of the house I quickly realized how unfounded my skepticism had been. I grew up in this very house and had never seen it as clean as I had after they were done. Everything in the house had been cleaned even the ceiling fan blades and the tricky contours of the moldings were spotless. I will not hesitate to call them again.

My Maid Service is wonderful! The staff are extremely friendly and thorough. Not to mention, the owner, Julie Hall, is outstandingly considerate towards your needs. She followed up with me just to make sure I was happy with the service. There wasn’t an ounce of dirt after My Maid Service made it through. I am confident in saying that they are the best around!

So thankful for this service offered by My Maid Service for those of us who just can't do it all on our own. The young lady, Saranda Case, who came to our home was so helpful. She started by asking us what we would like to have done and she did all of those. Such a wonderful service. Thank you so much.

This was my first time using a cleaning service, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. From getting a quote and signing up to the day of the first clean, they made everything easy. Friendly staff, and the house looks so much better! Shannon and Amber did a great job.

Both Roxan and Megan were excellent. They took time in every room to make sure that no detail was missed. They communicated well throughout the whole cleaning process, and checked to see if I was satisfied at the end. My house looks amazing now!

This company withholds the the tips the cleaners receive until the customer places a five star review. Before she left, our cleaner handed us a card saying this.

Never use this company. They attempted to charge an extra $200 overtime when

1: it was not authorized.

and

2: They sent a SINGLE maid for a DEEP CLEAN. Of course, you'll need "overtime" if you send half the recommended number of people to deep clean a house.

I then had to fight them to give me my $200 back, and they said I was "unappreciative" of their work (they missed plenty in their time at my house, including an entire corner of the room I had to clean once they left).

When I told her to produce a single bit of evidence that we authorized the overtime, she obviously couldn't and threw a fit, calling me every name in the book.

I got my money back, though.

I repeat, never use this company.

Edit: after receiving a reply from this company, I double checked my records and can confirm this is the company that I worked with. The name, phone numbers and the address lined up. Do not let them lie and say they do not know who I am.

We were very pleased with the work Shannon did for us. She went the extra mile to clean shower glass doors in bathroom as we have some hard water. She cleaned like I would have done myself! She gets 5 stars!
