My maid did an excellent and thorough job! Brittany and Amanda were so professional and polite. All rooms were cleaned perfectly and they even brought in some packages that were delivered while they were here! Highly recommend them.

Excellent work done by Amber and Bryn who came to clean my home. They took care of detailing wood , tile floors and kitchen, master bath and 2 powder rooms with patience and care. Bryn was very quick and knew her craft that she did it with ease and efficiency. Thank you Amber, for paying attention to my floors 👍

Julie Hall is one great owner! She really came through in a pinch and was able to send Lori over to my house at the last minute due to extended family coming in the next day! Lori did an awesome job and I can attest to it because I used my own finger on every baseboard, chair, rail, ceiling fan, picture frame, etc.! Thank you, Lori and My Maid Service of Cincinnati!

Really wonderful experience. Shannon did a great job - walked me through what she did at the end and left the place spotless. Appreciate that they do a quality check as well to ensure consistency among cleaners/cleanings. We were also home the entire time so appreciated the flexibility!

The ladies that did the deep clean on my home today do immaculate work! Every nook and cranny! Even the corners of the floor under my stove and fridge were cleaned! Courtney and Willow were friendly and Roxy consulted with me about tips to get my marble shower clean with the correct products. Overall I am highly satisfied and I truly feel like My Maid Service are experts!

After my cleaning, the owner Juli reached out to check in and make sure that I was satisfied. Which I thought was a nice added touch and very much appreciated. I highly recommend My Maid service of Cincinnati! From the moment I scheduled, the communication was great. They notified me when they were on their way and they were right on time. As soon as Amanda and Brittany came to the door, they were both professional and polite. Once I showed them around & we confirmed what was entailed for this visit, they got right to work. They worked well together and everything looked great & refreshed when they were done. Even my husband noticed how clean things were! I already booked with them to come back on a regular schedule!

Shout out to MEGAN!!! She went above and beyond in cleaning our home, remembering every little detail. We really loved how she “fronted” all our messy shower products and left the whole shelf organized and looking like a spa!! My maid service is the best! Thankyou
