I am so happy I finally called and scheduled a deep clean with My Maid Service of Cincinnati. The entire process was effortless. Scheduling was quick and easy and it was worth every penny! Willow and Anna were extremely polite, friendly and thorough. Our home has never felt so "completely" cleaned! From wiping down the cupboards, dusting the blinds and lights to the floors, I don't know how they did it in one day! I can't wait for them to come back again next month! Even my Mom noticed their thoroughness. All the details I can't seem to keep up with were taken care of and I'm so thrilled with the results. I highly recommend booking for your first cleaning NOW!

When my husband and I decided to hire someone for cleaning assistance, we received numerous recommendations for individuals who clean homes. We were not interested in hiring a solo cleaner due to concerns about accountability, escalation, vacation coverage, sick leave, and so on. After discussing with Julianne, we decided to take a chance on My Maid Service. It represented a significant expense in our budget, and I really wrestled with that choice. We chose to begin with a deep clean to establish a baseline for everyone involved. I take pride in maintaining a tidy home and initially thought this suggestion was excessive. However, I was proven wrong. My house had NEVER been that clean before. The following cleanings were equally impressive until we experienced one that did not meet our expectations.

I contacted the company and was promptly greeted with a “we’ll make it right” attitude. I felt hesitant about having someone come out to rectify the situation, as it seemed rude on my part. My husband, however, was firm in his stance, insisting that since we paid for the service, it needed to be corrected. I reached out to the company to arrange for a follow-up and was once again met with the “we’ll make it right” attitude, and they truly delivered! Later that week, a technician arrived and provided us with that “wow clean” we had come to expect.

I strongly believe that a company’s reputation is not only built on what goes well but also on how they respond when issues arise. We work hard and cherish our home, but we also value our time, and I genuinely do not want to spend my weekends cleaning. Thanks to My Maid Service of Cincinnati, my free time is genuinely mine.

I cannot recommend My Maid Service of Cincinnati enough! My husband and I have had a few different house cleaners in the past and nothing comes close to the service we receive from My Maid Service!

We always have a consistent cleaner (Sherry T, Olivia N and recently Hannah S). All of them are AMAZING! They do a wonderful job and our house always smells fresh and clean when we get home. Another added bonus that we appreciate so much is that these wonderful ladies are fantastic with our dogs! They are so friendly and patient with our dogs who are VERY excited to see them every time they’re at our house. We’re so appreciative of the work they do!

My wife and I have been very pleased with both the Deep Cleaning and the Standard Cleaning that Darian has been doing at our house. She is also an excellent trainer of new employees. The walls, counters, floors, pictures, etc. look so much better after they have finished. My only regret is that I should have hired them several years ago.
