When they were Nelson you could trust them. But when they switched to National the rates skyrocketed and the service quality went in the toilet. Gave up on them after they failed to properly diagnose an issue with our AC then tried to sell us a new one because of their “mistake.” Not going to make any claims I can’t prove. Suffice to say we’re done with them.

They always do a great job. I have been using them for years and have always been satisfied. Most recently we had Ethan do our service and I'm very pleased with his work. Would definitely recommend him and the company.

Chad arrived early, which I appreciate, and inspected my gas boiler. He verified that the system was working well but needed a few adjustments to temperature, pressure and bled air in the register lines. I was very pleased.

Wow, Nelson Comfort used to be a great company…National now gouges you…we bought our systems from Nelson in 2016/2017..great service, good people. National came by now to fix an issue w our thermostat..walked through the door at 10:56..left at 11:12…$249 was the bill for literally 15 minutes of work. Did not realize HVAC contractors now charge medical rates. I’d highly suggest using another company if you need a new system or service work. Shame on National!!

Great experience all around. From scheduling, service and repair, from sales to installation, everyone was super courteous, responsive and professsional. Pricing was fair and without high pressure. I was given options and information to choose the correct furnace. Furnace was installed next day. This company and the people who work for it (Jason, Jason and Victoria are who I worked with) are truly outstanding! How great to find an ethical HVAC company. A+++++++++

Andrew showed up right on time and took care of everything which included multiple water leaks within the furnace and had everything up and running quickly on a frigid 15 degree day

Chapman Heating & Cooling has been servicing my parents' furnace (and now heat pump) for decades, helping keep a 1962 furnace going for 60 years and transitioning them to a heat pump. Top notch, would recommend to anyone!
