Very personable, knowledgeable service team that is also very professional. In the last few years, we have had them install a new air conditioner, furnace, and several regular maintenance checks. Each experience has been very positive.

We have been customers for quite some time. Our furnace was not working . A technician was out within a half hour of my call, and done with the repair within an hour of his arrival. Dispatcher and technician were very friendly and professional! Highly recommend Adams Heating and Cooling!

I’ve used Adam’s Heating and Cooling for several years and have consistently been impressed with their service. Their honesty, integrity and professionalism is top notch. I’ve had a couple of occasions over the years where I’ve needed help with a problem and they have been very accommodating and quick to respond. This week Eric was out for a seasonal check and was great, really appreciated his expertise as always. It’s wonderful knowing that I can always count on this business. Many thanks to the Adam’s team!

Recently had a Fall tuneup performed by Adams Heating. I’ve been using them for several years now and have really been satisfied with their work. Very friendly techs who explain everything they check along with the results. Highly recommend.

Eric was fantastic. We called Adams to take a look at a vent in our daughter’s room that wasn’t blowing air. He got right to the root of the problem and we had hot air in her room within 30 minutes. Will definitely be taking all of our HVAC needs to Adams and will be asking for their technician Eric to come out!

Have been with Adam’s Heating & Cooling for several years now. Provide great service with their Maintenance Plan (Spring/Fall). Reasonable affordable price. Appreciate having the same technician (Chase) time after time and he does a great job for us. He is very knowledgeable , friendly and respectful of our home.

The technician let me know when to expect his arrival and was very courteous throughout the call and went straight to work on the preventive maintenance work. While I had requested a new filter, he showed me that the current filter was relatively clean and suggested I monitor it monthly and defer the replacement until the filte showed more dirt. I've been using Adams for annual maintanance and HVAC replacements more than twenty years and my experience is that they are reliable, efficient and charge reasonable rates.

Outstanding customer service. The technician took the time to explain the repairs and went through a repair process trying to saving us from replacing an entire unit. They came recommended from a neighbor and I can see why. If you are looking for an HVAC company - this is the place!

I have used Adams HVAC for 10 years, after purchasing a new heat pump from them. They are always professional, are promptly within their time frame given, and do a great job maintaining my equipment and teaching me ways to get the most efficiency from my unit. Would never think of going elsewhere.

Adam’s is amazing and has saved us on more than one occasion. While other companies show up and immediately try to sell you a new system, Adam’s ACTUALLY REPAIRS the system at very reasonable price.

I’ve benefitted from their expertise to repair both our fuel oil furnace and electric air handler at two rental properties. As a landlord I can tell you the hvac is the #1 headache for rentals and I’ve spent years finding someone I can trust.

The local “One Hour Willis” guys tried to scam me out of big cash a few years ago to replace a perfectly good heat exchanger…Adam’s would NEVER do that and I trust them fully!!!

Adam’s saved my Airbnb rating in the dead of winter when the heat went out. They were fast, friendly and my 20-yr old fuel oil furnace has never worked better. These guys ROCK!!!

Avoid the scam and call the locally owned, trustworthy and expert hvac techs at Adam’s. They are my go to for all hvac needs for life!!!

Tech very up front about our issue. Brought to light a priority technician from another company made the wrong decision stating we need a whole new unit. Tech said our system is fine and I request him back on the summer to check our freon level and system for any leaks

Adams Heating & Cooling responded very quickly to a critical repair need. So furnace not working in cold weather. I called answering service (yes a real person) at 10 PM and had a service person on site at 8:30 AM the next day. Found issue and installed the part right away (carried inventory on the truck). Net,...great company to deal with!

I have been using Adam's for probably 4 years and couldnt be more pleased. They've always gotten here same day and do everything they can to keep cost at the least possible, but keeping my best interest in mind for the long run. They are professional and respectful. Thank you, Adams!

Ethan was great. Called ahead to let us know when he would arrive. Arrived when he said and was on-time. Friendly and knowledgeable service. He efficiently serviced our furnace and whole home humidifier. Explained what he observed clearly. Highly recommend Adams based on this annual maintenance visit. Great job!

Rick from Adam’s heating and cooling was great . He came out to do second opinion on my Furness and was so thorough with his testing and explanations. He saved me thousands of dollars as first company did none of the test Rick used. The first company said my furnace was shot and we needed a new utilizing scare tactics. Thank you so much to Rick and Adam’s heating and cooling for finding actual issue and fixing, not replacing. We will be using Adam’s for all our issues going forward.

I was pleasantly surprised how fast they responded which is why I chose a local company. They lived up to the recommendations others have given them. The service call was covered by my service plan which I highly recommend. It did require getting a new solenoid on an existing piece of equipment I chose not to originally replace which was not covered under warranty and had to be ordered. They gave me an option if they replaced it or if I could buy it and install it myself. I was able to get the piece delivered for $20 from Amazon. I felt good that this gave them time to help someone that was completely without heat since I wasn’t completely down.

Going on 3 years of using Nelson Comfort as my preventive maintenance service provider for my HVAC systems and I am totally satisfied with their performance. Scheduling semi annual inspections/cleaning/tune-ups of the systems that meet my needs is very easy and carefree. The service techs are always on time, polite, professional and answer any questions I have regarding the operation and condition of my equipment. I receive recommendations and timely estimates for any repairs or upgrades that are suggested to maintain the health and efficiency of my equipment. Prior to entering into the yearly maintenance agreement with Nelson Comfort, I had a local service provider for 25+ years but had issues the last 3-4 years with scheduling, repairs, and upgrade of my systems. The end of our relationship came when I couldn't get the Service Manager or President of the company to return my phone calls when I experienced issues with their service. To date, I have not had a need to speak with anyone at Nelson Comfort other than the schedulers or service techs and I am happy to report that I have not experienced any system failures throughout the heating/cooling seasons, nor have I had any major component fail due to their exceptional comprehensive preventive maintenance program.

Excellent service from start to finish. The staff is prompt, courteous, and professional. Tyler, a very kind man, is a great ambassador for Nelson Comfort. He clearly explains any repairs needed. He is efficient and professional. 5 stars!

Let me start off by saying the Nelson Comfort / National Heating and Air Conditioning Co. Technicians were very friendly. After 1 year of living with the system they suggested & installed and the 7 follow up visits to correct installation issues, I wouldn't recommend their service. As I can only compare my new system to my old system, my new system is more energy efficient, but its outdoor component is louder and can be heard when inside. I now also have areas inside which have hot or stale air, which was not an issue with my previous system.

I experienced questionable tactics, which includes the installation of a differing component (thermostat) then my accepted quote, which is a lower quality/price point, without any notification or adjustment. As multiple Nelson Comfort / National Heating and Air Conditioning Co. Technicians visiting my residence multiple times corrected one issue after another, I researched the system they suggested and installed. It appears in my situation they didn’t follow HVAC industry or Manufacturer best practices, which includes the installation of a new line-set with new systems and or may not have had working knowledge of Lennox International systems. In my situation, reviewing the Manufacturer's Installation instructions, my existing line-set was undersized, which I believe may have limited my system's cooling effect. This then caused an additional expense, which I believe should have been included in the original quote. As my system malfunctioned in late June 2022, without any prior issue, I was relying on Nelson Comfort / National Heating and Air Conditioning Co. to provide service in a timely, accurate and trustworthy manner. With my last issue (June 2023), I had to reach out to Lennox International for assistance as a previous Nelson Comfort / National Heating and Air Conditioning Co. Technician had made an incorrect adjustment, causing my system to not fully operate and another Nelson Comfort / National Heating and Air Conditioning Co. Technician did not have knowledge to investigate or correct the issue.

I was also disheartened to learn that the 0% Interest financing they offered entailed a $1500 finance charge, which was not disclosed by the Sales Representative. As I didn’t need financing and could have paid out of pocket, learning of a finance fee added to the frustration I experienced with Nelson Comfort / National Heating and Air Conditioning Co.. This fee was only noticed when reviewing my online statement, which included a breakdown, which I would believe would not have been accessible until after services were rendered.

With all these issues and visits, I received no additional follow up or apology from Nelson Comfort / National Heating and Air Conditioning Co. Staff. My only communication with Management was when I called in and requested they call me back, which only resulted in another Technician returning to investigate one of the many issues.

I look forward to Nelson Comfort / National Heating and Air Conditioning Co. reaching out to me directly to address my concerns, which I will then provide an update to my review.

    9/20/23 - Update
The company contacted me and had the Lennox Field Rep. come out to verify the system was functioning as designed. I have given up on this company and will be contacting another HVAC to further investigate my concerns. While not always occurring, whenever the AC turns on a loud jolt/bang is heard throughout the house, which I would have to now believe is related to how the lineset enters the house. Outside the lineset is separated by at least 2 inches with mortar separating the lines. Inside the house the lineset enters together, and slightly twisted together. My outside walls are two layers of masonry brick/block, so I would have to believe the lineset is moving with the initial startup pressure and making contact with the masonry.
