They’ve always done a wonderful job maintaining and servicing or home’s HVAC system. Especially so earlier this week when we woke to find that our AC had stopped working. An Adams tech was here within a couple of hours, and well within their estimated time of arrival. The tech promptly identified the issue, had a replacement in his truck for the failed component, got it installed, and had the system up and running in about a half hour. Definitely a great company to have in your “Contacts”.

Eric, the technician, was on time and quickly fixed the problem that I had with my AC. He’s very knowledgeable and a nice fellow!
Another reason for my 5 stars is I called early in the morning and my AC was up and running before noon!! Adam’s Heating & Air Conditioning accommodated my schedule really well-thank you!!!

Just purchased a new Carrier furnace and AC and the installation crew was great. Fast, professional and knowledgeable and they went the extra mile to improve the location of the water heater and gas line to improve accessibility and safety. This is a local, family owned company focused on heating and cooling only, which was my preference over the larger corporate owned “do it all” companies. It may be more expensive up front but I expect it to pay dividends long term due to the personal service.

We woke up yesterday and didn’t have any hot water, so I called Adams HVAC and they came out within a few hours and Steve determined that the thermostat in the water heater was malfunctioning and was able to reset it, and now we have hot water again.Many thanks to Adams and Steve for their quick response and expertise in repairing our water heater! There was no charge because we have a service contract.

Tony did a great job educating me on my options for a new furnace and HVAC system. The installers Garrett, Nick and Mike did a great job. They laid down walking mats through the house and wore booties to make sure our floors stay clean. Our furnace room was swept clean after their work was completed. They made adjustments to fan speeds And staging to make sure our home was comfortable. I would definitely recommend Adams Heating & Cooling in the future!
