Wow bad drivers

Worst customer service EVER!!!!! I would call anyone but these people. Non-responsive, don't return calls and the receptionist is NASTY.

Mike found the leak in my pool in less that 2 hours. Mike is a courteous and professional young man and Rachael was great to deal with.

The spot that was marked on the floor as a leak location was wrong. Plumber jackhammered floor and found no leak there. Didn't want to wait for American Leak Detection to come back out. Plumber offered to find pipes in wall and isolate leak by closing them off one by one and leak was found and corrected

Cory performed the service we needed on our sewer line and detected an area that had some cracked tile that needed replaced. If this had continued, it could have created more problems down the road. This problem will be corrected soon and we appreciate the work Cory did.

Setup an appointment 3 weeks ago. They called yesterday to confirm date and time for appointment today. Then today the day of appointment they call to cancel appointment because of low staff and can't "fit me in" for another 3 weeks! Not only did your lose a single customer, but you also lost the business of the company I work for. Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. We used you for leak detection , but no longer......
