I spoke with Cassie and Donna in Customer Service and they were both friendly, accommodating, and fantastic to deal with. I felt like I was dealing with owners of the organization. The Service Technician that visited my house was equally as friendly and accommodating and did a fantastic job diagnosing my issue and scheduling the repairs needed. The value to price ratio with American Leak Detection is off the charts.

Our pool had a definite leak, call around and all pool companies in my area use American Leak Detectives. I called, had to wait nearly a month, but it is peak season. Technician came, found the leak was a cracked fitting on a return line. He sealed it off and marked it, then got my pool running condition! We were given a quote to fix the fitting and placed on the schedule for Joe to come and make the repair. Joe did an awesome job and both he and the technician were helpful and thorough! Thanks guys the pool is now working like it should!!

ALD did a great job finding the water leak and getting it repaired! Joe and his assistant got the job done and repaired the floors as if no one else had done anything here. I’d highly recommend ALD for any job. No BS, and get it all completed on time.

These guys are terrible. They charge you money for no reason and they don’t call back when they say they will. Don’t waste your money find somebody else

We are thankful to the team for their quick response, hard work and getting us back to normal. We are learning (very quickly) about our septic system and the crew today was fantastic to get things fixed correctly; they were patient with my questions and very informative with answers - the old metal piping was corroded & they replaced with PVC piping. Thank you!

Rude, don’t use this company.

I have never actually used their services. However, their customer service is phenomenal. I was stranded in the middle of the night after I ran over something in the road and it put a hole in my transmission, draining all of the fluid. Two guys in a TJ Dyer truck not only stopped and assisted me, but went out of their way to ensure that I was left in a safe place. If they are that helpful to a complete stranger on a dark road, I can only imagine how they treat their paying customers.

Worst customer service ever, super rude and unprofessional

Gave Exnil Grease a call when things started smelling rough, and they were able to come out the same day to inspect and clean our grease trap. Super friendly with great communication throughout.

The technician who stopped by was professional, personable, and took the time to explain things about the system that I didn’t know. He checked back in to update me on his findings and what service he performed. He also sent before-and-after photos afterward, which was a nice touch. Rates were reasonable too.

It’s no surprise they have a solid 5.0 rating.
